The Trump curse is real folks!
Anti-Trump Olympic Skiier Lindsey’s Vonn is flopping in the 2018 Winter Olympics in Korea. In her last run, Vonn failed to medal, placing sixth place in the Super-G.
In order to get an invite to the White House, she needed to medal. Fortunately for Vonn, she does not to worry about deciding to go to the White House and has disinvited herself through her terrible performance.
Ann Coulter added salt to Vonn’s wounds and tweeted, “At least Lindsay Vonn won’t have to worry about that invitation to the White House now.”
Conservative commentator Tomi Lahren had a serious burn Friday for illegal immigrant “Dreamers” threatening to leave the country: “bye!”
The issue of permanent status for recipients of former President Obama’s executive amnesty has been a major issue since last September, when Trump ended the program. The president left a six month period of protection to encourage Congress to find a resolution.
In January, Trump proposed a plan to offer path to citizenship to almost 2 million illegal immigrants, including the Dreamers, in exchange for $25 billion in funding for a border wall, as well as an end to chain migration and the diversity visa lottery program.
A poll from January showed that most Americans agree with Donald Trump on DACA and the wall.
President Trump just loves to needle Hillary Clinton. And even though he crushed her in the 2016 presidential election — sending her on an extended walk in the woods — Trump rarely misses an opportunity to deliver a jab.
On Wednesday, exactly one year after he trounced the Democrat, he posted this on Twitter:
Trump’s reference to “deplorables” comes from a September 2016 speech in which Hillary said half of Trump’s supporters belonged in a “basket of deplorables.” Appearing at an LGBT gala fundraiser where Barbra Streisand performed, Clinton said many of Trump’s supporters are “racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic, you name it.”
But in the end, it was those very deplorables that gave Trump the victory.
Some of Trump’s followers on Twitter chimed in with their own jabs.
