House panel’s Russia report finds ‘no evidence’ of collusion, Trump says probe ‘MUST END NOW’

The House Intelligence Committee on Friday declared that it found “no evidence” of collusion between the Russian government and Trump campaign during the 2016 presidential election, releasing a heavily redacted final report on its yearlong Russia investigation.

The Republican-authored report — released over Democratic objections — stated the committee “found no evidence that the Trump campaign colluded, coordinated, or conspired with the Russian government.” The committee did, however, “find poor judgment and ill-considered actions by the Trump and Clinton campaign.”

President Trump, reacting to the report moments after its release, hailed its findings and said the Russia “Witch Hunt” must end, in an apparent swipe at Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s ongoing investigation.

“Just Out: House Intelligence Committee Report released. ‘No evidence’ that the Trump Campaign “colluded, coordinated or conspired with Russia.’ Clinton Campaign paid for Opposition Research obtained from Russia-Wow! A total Witch Hunt! MUST END NOW!” Trump tweeted.

The more than 250-page report was heavily blacked out, however, and the leader of the committee investigation slammed the intelligence community for their “overzealous redactions.”

Fox Business contributor Michael Goodwin and former Reagan Political Director Ed Rollins on the Democratic National Committee's lawsuit against the Trump campaign.

“I am extremely disappointed with the overzealous redactions made by the IC. Many of the redactions include information that is publicly available, such as witness names and information previously declassified,” Rep. Mike Conaway, R-Texas, complained in a statement Friday.

“I will continue to challenge the IC’s many unnecessary redactions with the hopes of releasing more of the report in the coming months.”

The committee’s investigation focused on several topics: Russian meddling in the 2016 U.S. election, the U.S. government’s response to the attack, links between Russians and the Trump and Clinton campaigns, and purported leaks of classified information.

The investigation found that Russia’s “increasingly aggressive cyber operations” would “continue to present a profound threat,” while noting that Russian state actors were responsible for the “dissemination of documents and communications stolen from U.S. political organizations.”

The report said the Russian government used media company “RT to advance its malign influence campaign” during the 2016 election, along with social media platforms to “sow social discord and to undermine the electoral process.”

But the committee found “no evidence that Trump campaign associates were involved in the theft or publication of Clinton campaign-related emails, although Trump associates had numerous ill-advised contacts with WikiLeaks.”

Fla. Rep. Matt Gaetz is introducing a bill in Congress that would increase oversight of FISA courts by making judges subject to presidential appointment and Senate confirmation. Schiff introduced the same bill five years ago and now won't support it. What changed? #Tucker

The report also criticized the executive branch’s “post-election response,” calling it “insufficient.”

The committee outlined “poor judgment” practiced by both campaigns, citing the June 2016 meeting at Trump Tower between members of the Trump campaign and Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya “who falsely purported to have damaging information on the Clinton campaign demonstrated poor judgment.”

“The Committee also found that the Clinton campaign and the DNC, using a series of cutouts and intermediaries to obscure their roles, paid for opposition research on Trump obtained from Russian sources, including a litany of claims by high-ranking current and former Russian government officials,” the report read. “Some of this opposition research was used to produce sixteen memos, which comprise what has become known as the Steele dossier.”

The committee also focused on leaks of classified information, noting that the number of leaks regarding Russian intentions to “help elect candidate Trump increased dramatically after the election day.”

“Continued leaks of classified information have damaged national security and potentially endangered lives,” the report read.

The committee also found that former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper provided “inconsistent testimony to the committee about his contacts with the media, including CNN.” Clapper is now a CNN national security analyst. It is unclear at this point what information Clapper discussed with media outlets.

The report includes more than 25 recommendations for Congress and the executive branch to improve election security, U.S. government response to cyberattacks, campaign finance transparency, and counterintelligence practices related to political campaigns and unauthorized disclosures.

The release of the full report comes after committee leaders announced key findings last month, prompting a war of words between Republican and Democratic members. The GOP majority at the time reported finding no evidence of collusion between Russia and Trump campaign associates. They also said that based on the investigation, the controversial anti-Trump dossier compiled by British ex-spy Christopher Steele “formed an essential part of an application” to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court to obtain electronic surveillance on Trump adviser Carter Page.

Conaway took over the probe when House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif., stepped down in April 2017 after he was accused of making “unauthorized disclosures of classified information, in violation of House Rules, law regulations, or other standards of conduct.”

But the top committee Democrat blasted Republicans last month for “prematurely” shutting down the panel’s Russia probe and renewed that criticism on Friday.

“Notwithstanding the decision by the Majority to end its work and turn its attention to counter-investigations designed to serve the President’s interests, the Minority’s work on the Russia investigation continues,” Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., said in a statement Friday. “We will continue our investigation using every means at our disposal; to do otherwise would ignore our responsibility to conduct meaningful oversight and insure that the Russians do not possess leverage over the President of the United States.”

Schiff and committee Democrats released their minority view report Friday, where Schiff said they “correct the record on a raft of misleading conclusions, insinuations, attempts to explain away inconvenient facts, and arguments meant to protect the President and his campaign found in the Republican report.”

Schiff also is seeking to publicly release the transcripts of interviews so the public can see the “evidence for themselves and judge accordingly,” noting that sharing the transcripts with Special Counsel Robert Mueller could “assist their efforts.”

FBI FEARING RELEASE OF REPORT IN MAY

Horowitz

By now I’m sure you know that the Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe was forced to resign. As soon as the news broke the press quickly tried to find out if the President was involved. During the afternoon press conference, Sarah Huckabee Sanders firmly stated that the White House had no involvement.

Once the smoke cleared it was reported by the New York Times that Wray’s big reason forforcing McCabe to leave the FBI early (he was eligible to leave in March) was due to an Inspector General report that is going to be released soon; this is a report no one is talking about.

The origin for the Inspector General is not from Republicans, President Trump, Nunes, or any Congressional Committee; it originated from the last days of the Obama administration; at the request of several bipartisan lawmakers.

On January 12, 2017, Michael Horowitz (Obama and Bush appointee) announced that he would conduct a review after requests from Congressional leaders over the actions of the former FBI James Comey going public about the Hillary Clinton email investigation. Remember, at the time the investigation was announced James Comey was be accused by many Democrats that he was to blame for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 loss. Many believe Comey’s October announcement sunk Hillary’s chances to win the presidency.

Michael Horowitz has conducted his review mainly under the radar, but his final report to be released this spring is going to blow the doors off Washington and shed light into some dark places.

According to the DOJ, the report from Michael Horowitz should be available and released in the month of May.

Horowitz has been known as a “straight shooter” and has a storied career of taking down corrupt police officers and eliminating government fraud. He is most known for rebuking the ATF’s “Fast and Furious” operation.

When the announcement was made that an inquiry into the FBI would begin Democrats praised the decision.

Brian Fallon, a former Clinton campaign spokesman, praised the investigation Thursday.
“This is highly encouraging and to be expected given Director Comey’s drastic deviation from Justice Department protocol,” Fallon said. “A probe of this sort, however long it takes to conduct, is utterly necessary in order to take the first step to restore the FBI’s reputation as a non-partisan institution.”

“The review will not substitute the OIG’s judgment for the judgments made by the FBI or the Department regarding the substantive merits of investigative or prosecutive decisions,” Horowitz said in his statement, using an abbreviation for the Office of the Inspector General.

At some point during this inquiry the IG’s office fell upon Agent PeterStrzok, when, and how, who knows, we won’t find out until March or April when the report is released. But, the Washinton Post clearly reports on December 2, 2017:

The inspector general’s office at the Justice Department said that as part of a larger inquiry it was conducting into how the F.B.I. had handled investigations related to the 2016 election, the office was “reviewing allegations involving communications between certain individuals, and will report its findings regarding those allegations promptly upon completion of the review of them.”
The Justice Department’s inspector general is conducting the inquiry into Mr. Strzok, Michael E. Horowitz, who is leading a broad examination of how the F.B.I. handled the Clinton email investigation. It is not clear whether Mr. Horowitz will make the text messages public as part of his report in the inquiry. Mr. Horowitz, who announced the beginning of his investigation in January, declined to characterize his findings but said that he hoped to have a copy of his report released by March or April.

So basically Strzok’s text messages were uncovered by an Obama appointee out of concern that James Comey may have screwed Hillary Clinton.

Now insert Mr. McCabe who was clearly mentioned in some of the text messages between Ms. Page and Mr. Storzck. No information detailing what McCabe has been involved in has been released to the public or Congress. However, FBI Director Wray one week after defending McCabe saying he will walk with McCabe if he is fired tells the man to take a hike. Again, the New York Times reports on January 29, 2018:

Christopher A. Wray, the F.B.I. director raised concerns about a forthcoming inspector general report. In that discussion, according to one former law enforcement official close to Mr. McCabe, Mr. Wray suggested moving Mr. McCabe into another job, which would have been a demotion.
Instead, the former official said, Mr. McCabe chose to leave. In an email to F.B.I. employees, he said he was leaving with “sadness.” He praised his colleagues as “the greatest work force on earth because you speak up, you tell the truth and you do the right thing.”
Agents and lawyers expect the report by the Justice Department’s inspector general, Michael E. Horowitz, to be highly critical of some F.B.I. actions in 2016, when the bureau was investigating both Hillary Clinton’s email use and the Trump campaign’s connections to Russia. The report is expected to address whether Mr. McCabe should have recused himself from the Clinton investigation because of his wife’s failed State Senate campaign, in which she accepted nearly a half-million dollars in contributions from the political organization of Terry McAuliffe, then the governor of Virginia, who is a longtime friend of Mrs. Clinton and her husband, former President Bill Clinton.

There has also been a report from CNN that McCabe may have known about the classified emails on Anothy Weiner’s laptop in August or September 2016 but did not act them. When the emails were “discovered” in October, the FBI Director James Comey felt he needed to go public.

To recap, an Obama appointee in the last days of the Obama administration initiates an investigation looking into the FBI’s handling of the Hillary Clinton email investigation (and investigation praised by the Clinton camp). That investigation has uncovered Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, and as it looks like Andrew McCabe.

Hopefully, the IG’s report will clear up the role and communication of Lisa Page and Peter Strzok. Horowitz is the only one that interviewed them and their team, so he has the complete picture.

The IG’s investigation has been ongoing for a year and is one step ahead of the partisan craziness on The Hill; not even Nunes knows what’s going on. Some proof to that is the latest round of text messages. Republican Congressman and the President were screaming at the top of their lungs for the “missing” text message that supposedly was destroyed. It turns out the IG’s office had them, and they were never missing. The IG’s office is not full of partisan political nonsense and when they went looking for the text messages weeks ago they found them using forensic tools to recover them.

Matter of fact the Inspector Generals office canceled a meeting with Republican lawmakers one day after FISA Memo was released.

The FBI maybe ok with fighting Nunes and the House Intelligence Committee over a memo. But, after seeing how Wray responded to McCabe, it appears the FBI is really concerned about the IG’s report. Don’t believe me? McCabe was forced out, Strzok was put in HR, Ohr has been moved, and Ms. Page moved to a different position; all during the IG’s investigation.

Who will this help politically? Who knows, but at the very least, hopefully, it will bring some nonpartisan clarity.

FBI IS BRACING FOR IMPACT: INSPECTOR GENERAL ANNOUNCES RELEASE DATE FOR REPORT

Inspector General

The DOJ inspector general, Michael Horowitz, will release the long-awaited report on the FBI’s handling of the Clinton email investigation in May, according to Catherine Herridge of Fox News.

Horowitz wrote about the release in a letter to Senator Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa. He said that the report, which began in January of 2017, has been extended because of “potentially important additional information and documents that recently came to our attention, and the interviews they have required us to conduct.”

Horowitz continued, “my expectation is that we will issue our report in May, absent any new developments.”…

The inspector general has apparently focused on political bias and how evidence was handled in the Clinton email case. According to the Washington Post, the report will also look into McCabe’s possible failure to pursue a probe into the Clinton case.

The IG has looked at why Andrew McCabe, the #2 official at the FBI, did not act on a request to examine a load of Clinton related emails for three weeks while in the latter stages of the 2016 presidential campaign.

Horowitz has been asking witnesses why FBI leadership seemed unwilling to move forward on the emails found on the laptop of former congressman Anthony Weiner (D-N.Y.) until late October, three weeks after they were first alerted to them.

A prominent question is whether McCabe or anyone else in the FBI wanted to avoid action until after the November 8th election. The investigation seemed to stall right at McCabe’s desk. Some within the FBI felt McCabe had repeatedly moved to hinder that probe and were suspicious of his motives for doing so, according to people familiar with the case.

Horowitz released a report last week which revealed that McCabe lied under oath to FBI investigators about approving the leaks to the Wall Street Journal. And according to that report, a WSJ reporter had information claiming McCabe had issued a stand-down order related to the Clinton Foundation probe.

Will even more heads roll at the FBI when this report is released? What do you think Clinton’s response is going to be?

Sara Carter Drops Bombshell Report About Dossier Probe That Will Ruin John Kerry’s Life

Kirsters Baish| Contributor for Fox News, Sara Carter, just revealed something that will totally destroy John Kerry’s life. John Kerry is now under investigation for his possible involvement and role in the use and dissemination of the fabricated Trump dossier during the time that he served as Obama’s Secretary of State.

Carter reported that the House Select Committee on Intelligence has opened an investigation into former Secretary of State John Kerry’s possible involvement in the fabricated Trump dossier which was funded by the Democratic National Committee with some aid from Hillary Clinton’s campaign. The dossier was put together by a former British spy by the name of Christopher Steele, and it set the stage for the FBI’s investigation into allegations that President Trump colluded with Russia during the 2016 presidential election. The dossier was the main piece of evidence that the FBI used in order to get a warrant to spy on a former volunteer for the Trump campaign.

The committee spent more than a month in its second phase of investigations which are locked on former Obama State Department officials. They are looking into their role in the transmission of information or their role in using information that was given to them by Steele. Steele was brought onto the project by the research firm Fusion GPS.

Carter reported:

Jonathan Winer, a long-time colleague of Kerry and who served as the former envoy for Libya during his tenure at the Department, wrote an opinion piece in the Washington Post on Feb. 8, defending his relationship with Steele and his role in the infamous dossier.”

Devin Nunes appeared on Laura Ingraham’s show on Fox News and spilled some other news… There is a possibility that Kerry could have been using a second dossier.

Carter wrote, ”There were comments over the weekend from people from within the State Department that said John Kerry had been briefed on the dossier–the new dossier whatever this new dossier is and that they also provided it to the FBI.”

It’s about time that Kerry is held responsible for his part in the whole scandal.

Report: Trump Broke With Justice Department and Called for Release of the Memo

According to The Washington Post, President Donald Trump called for the release of a classified memo allegedly detailing abuses by the U.S. government. Top officials at the Department of Justice warned him that releasing the classified document would be “extraordinarily reckless” if it did not first get an official review.

John Kelly, Trump’s chief of staff, reportedly noted Trump’s desire to see the memo released to Attorney General Jeff Sessions, according to a senior administration official. However, Congress will make the final decision on whether the memo will be released.

The senior administration official stated:

[Trump] is inclined to have that released just because it will shed light. Apparently all the rumors are that it will shed light, it will help the investigators come to a conclusion.

Many lawmakers have made it clear that what’s in the memo is “shocking.”

Rep. Mark Meadows (R-N.C.) said:

I’m here to tell all of America tonight that I am shocked to read exactly what has taken place. I would think it would never happen in a country that loves freedom and democracy like this country. It is time we become transparent in all of this and I am calling on our leadership to make this available so that all Americans can judge for themselves.

Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) said:

If you think your viewers want to know whether or not the dossier was used in court proceedings, whether or not it was vetted before it was used, whether or not it’s ever been vetted — if you are interested in who paid for the dossier, if you are interested in Christopher Steele’s relationship with Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee, then, yes, you will want the memo to come out.

The House Intelligence Committee voted to allow all members of the House to view the memo. However, senators were not invited to see the memo, according to a report by CNN.

Report: Hundreds Of Sealed Indictments Await Dems

Elder Patriot – Democrats, especially Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama are about to learn that when you take a shot at Donald Trump you better not miss.  Hit Trump and he hits back harder.  Trump has bided his time waiting for the political winds to shift and now the shit is about to hit the fan.

The first indication that President Trump was preparing to strike back at the major figures leading Washington’s corrupt cabal came last Thursday when he issued an Executive Order Blocking the Property of Persons Involved in Serious Human Rights Abuse or Corruption.

If we’re correct, this is Trump’s opening gambit in draining the swamp and will result in the devastation of what still remains of the highest levels of the Democratic Party, as well as Washington’s major lobbying organizations, and will implicate major establishment Republicans (the real reason behind the civil war going on inside the GOP).

The president’s E.O. relies on applying established federal law and reads as if it was written specifically to address the Clintons’ corrupt misappropriation of state assets fro her personal gain.

Of course, if the Clintons were the only rotten players in D.C. they would have been brought to justice years ago – like when Bill Clinton sold secrets from the Los Alamos Nuclear Laboratory to the Chinese for campaign cash more than two decades ago.

Thanks to Judicial Watch’s FOIA requests we are expecting the State Department to release an additional 2800 government documents later today that the FBI found on Hillary’s gal pal and top advisor, Huma Abedin’s, husband’s laptop.  That laptop been seized by the NYPD during a search for evidence in his underage sexting case.

Initial reports claimed that there were 650,000 emails contained on that laptop.  That seems hard to fathom but we can be certain that today’s release of 2800 files will not contain the really damning evidence of corruption resident on that laptop.

The release of these documents is long overdue.  We reported on their existence more than a year ago, four days prior to the election.

At that time, Erik Prince went public with information provided by disgusted members of the NYPD who had viewed the evidence but who were throttled by gag orders and threats of reprisal from Obama’s Justice Department.

Prince’s sources inside the NYPD had told him:

“There is all kinds of criminal culpability through all the emails they’ve seen of that 650,000, including money laundering, underage sex, pay-for-play, and, of course, plenty of proof of inappropriate handling, sending/receiving of classified information, up to SAP level Special Access Programs.

It looks like Prince’s initial assertions back on November 4, 2016 were accurate as rumors are swirling around D.C.’s cloakrooms that there are literally hundreds of sealed indictments including those alleging sexual misconduct serious enough (pedophilia) that could send the Clintons and top Dems to prison for life.

But, as bad as those allegations are, they do not even come close to the extent of the illegalities the Clintons and their associates will be charged with having participated in.  While the prospects of finally bringing these sexual predators to justice is delicious in and of itself, we should keep in mind that the perverse acts were demanded of these politicians to “keep them in line.”

There’s a reason so many politicians corrupted in this manner have voted to fleece the United States so severely that our children (and theirs) have been left owing a $20 trillion debt.

These sealed indictments include charges of misappropriation of state assets, the expropriation of private assets for personal gain, and corruption related to government contracts or the extraction of natural resources.

Another group of Washington fat cats that have been in a cold sweat since Thursday’s announcement is the D.C. lobbyists who have ignored national security considerations when they represented foreign and domestic corporations, the corrupt interests of foreign leaders (including dictators and strongmen), countries, and organizations in violation of the laws that the E.O. is intended to enforce.

Donald Trump is proving to be one tough SOB, tougher than anyone could’ve imagined.  Now he is poised to do the unimaginable, bring down the Deep State.

And, as an ancillary benefit, the dishonesty of the mainstream media  – long a CIA tool used to control the broadest cross section of Americans – as well as the MSM’s propensity for manufacturing fake new fake news, will literally destroy their ability to shape opinion.

Even those who do not like Trump will change their minds in 2018 as they come to learn that the enemy of my enemy is my friend.

John Kerry predicts Trump administration ‘won’t last the year,’ according to report

Former US Secretary of State John Kerry has reportedly said he believes President Donald Trump will not make it another year in office.
Mr Kerry recently met with Hussein Agha, a close associate of Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, according to the Jerusalem Post. During the meeting, the former US diplomat reportedly asked Mr Agha to tell the Palestinian leader to “hold on and be strong,” and not “yield to [Mr Trump’s] demands”.
Mr Trump, he said, would not be in office for long.

The visit came just weeks after Mr Trump officially recognised Jerusalem as the capital of Israel – a break with longstanding US foreign policy that sparked protests across the Arab world. Mr Kerry reportedly told Mr Agha that the President alone – not his administration or his country – was responsible for the situation.
Mr Kerry also reportedly offered his help in the Israeli-Palestinian peace process, suggesting that the Palestinian leader submit his own peace plan for consideration.

He also surprised Mr Agha, the Post reported, by saying he was seriously considering running for president in 2020. Mr Kerry was the Democratic nominee for president in 2004, and lost to George W Bush. The politician told MSNBC in September he had no plans of running for president.
Mr Kerry has been critical of Mr Trump in the past, criticising his decision to pull out of the Paris climate accord and his failure to fill key State Department positions. He made a similar prediction about the length of the Trump administration last year, at the World Economic Forum in Geneva.

“We will have done great injury to ourselves,” he said of the effects of the Trump administration, which was days away from being sworn in at the time. “And it will hurt for the endurance of a year, two years, whatever, while the [Trump] administration is there.”
The former Secretary has also been critical of Israel in the past. Shortly before leaving office last year, he gave a notably tough speech on Israel, in which he the called the country’s settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem a threat to peace in the region.
The Trump administration has taken a much more outwardly friendly approach to Israel than the Obama administration, under which Mr Kerry served.
After Mr Kerry’s speech denouncing the settlements, Mr Trump tweeted: “We cannot continue to let Israel be treated with such total disdain and disrespect. Stay strong Israel, January 20th is fast approaching!”

And So It Begins … Report: FBI Agents Arrive in Little Rock – America’s 1st Family Of Crime Cornered

Kirsters Baish| We are happy to announce that the FBI is actually beginning a very necessary investigation into corruption. After Hillary Clinton lost the 2016 presidential election, the left tried everything they could in order to take down President Trump, and in fact they are still trying. The Justice Department has finally announced that they will be investigating Hillary Clinton’s actions during the election.

The Conservative Post reported that the FBI has made their way to Little Rock, Arkansas. This is where the Clintons used to reside. They are ready to go through all of the Clinton’s belongings in order to dig up evidence of any crimes possibly committed by Hillary Clinton.

Now that James Comey isn’t standing in their way, the Justice Department is launching a full investigation into Hillary Clinton. Earlier in the month, the DOJ started a new investigation into any alleged criminal activity carried out by failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton during her time served as Barack Obama’s Secretary of State.

Clinton had specifically been accused of engaging in “pay-to-play” politics involving an agreement with Russia that has come to be known as “Uranium One.” This isn’t the only thing that is changing, however. Evidence is building which will prove that the Clinton Foundation received mass amounts of money which could have very well been in return for policy favors from Hillary herself.

It was reported by the Hill that FBI agents stationed in Little Rock, Arkansas, the place where the Clinton Foundation was founded, are leading the investigation. Agents have already interviewed multiple witnesses, and they are planning on interviewing even more in the next few weeks.

Are we finally going to see the fall of Hillary Clinton?

The majority of Americans have dreamed about the day that Hillary Clinton makes her way to federal prison for her crimes. Accusations against her are disturbing enough that even those who weren’t too concerned about her prior to the 2016 presidential election are now praying for her capture.

The Hill reported:

The Justice Department has launched a new inquiry into whether the Clinton Foundation engaged in any pay-to-play politics or other illegal activities while Hillary Clinton served as secretary of State, law enforcement officials and a witness tells The Hill.

The officials, who spoke only on condition of anonymity, said the probe is examining whether the Clintons promised or performed any policy favors in return for largesse to their charitable efforts or whether donors made commitments of donations in hopes of securing government outcomes.

The probe may also examine whether any tax-exempt assets were converted for personal or political use and whether the foundation complied with applicable tax laws, the officials said.

The FBI recently interviewed one witness who described the session as “extremely professional and unquestionably thorough.” They explained that the session had a focus on questions about whether or not donors of the Clinton charitable efforts had gotten any favorable treatment from the Obama administration when it came to a policy decision that was touched on in media reports.

The same witness explained that he would like to stay anonymous. He went on to say that the agents were from Little Rock and their questions had a big focus on government discussions of Clinton entity donations during the time that Hillary Clinton was serving as Secretary of State under former President Barack Obama.

The Little Rock FBI office referred a reporter on Thursday to Washington headquarters. This is where officials wold not make any official comments.

It was reported by the Wall Street Journal in 2017 that multiple agents of the FBI field offices, which included the field office in Little Rock, were finding information about the Clinton Foundation. The report also claimed that there had been some pushback from the Justice Department.

Officials explained that the DOJ was looking again at whether or not there were any unresolved issues from the closed case into Hillary Clinton’s transmission of classified information via her personal email server. James Comey had concluded in 2016 that Clinton had been “extremely careless” in her handling of said classified information. He also stated that there was some evidence of legal violations, however he didn’t recommend any charges because he claimed that he couldn’t prove that she and her top aides meant to break the law.

It’s about time that the FBI launch a full scale investigation into Hillary Clinton. Could this be the end for one of the most corrupt families in the United States? Let’s hope so!

UH OH! New Report Claims Hillary Could Still Become President If Russia Probe Finds Conspiracy Evidence

President Hillary Clinton?

According to a new report, it could still happen.

No joke.

Check this out…

From Newsweek:

Nearly a year after President Donald Trump’s inauguration, a Harvard University professor says 2016 presidential candidate Hillary Clinton could still become commander in chief.

Lawrence Lessig, the Roy L. Furman professor of law and leadership at Harvard Law School, penned an essay for Medium in October outlining a series of hypothetical scenarios that could take place should the ongoing probe find that the Trump campaign actually conspired with Russia to influence the results of the election.

If Trump did conspire with Russia, the president “should resign, or, if he doesn’t, he should be impeached,” Lessig wrote in his essay. Vice President Mike Pence would also have to either resign or get impeached, which would make House Speaker Paul Ryan the president of the United States, Lessig wrote at the time.

Given that there is “no mechanism in American law for a new election,” nor “a mechanism for correcting the criminal results of the previous election,” Ryan ought to nominate “the person defeated by the treason of his own party, and then step aside, and let her become President,” Lessig went on to say.

More on Hillary, per Daily Caller:

Hillary Clinton slammed President Trump on Friday after he reportedly called Haiti a “shithole” during a meeting with lawmakers and expressed his desire for more immigrants from countries like Norway and fewer immigrants from countries like Haiti.

The thing is, Hillary and Haiti have a history – and it’s not a good one.

From Weekly Standard:

Protesters gathered outside the Clinton Foundation in New York City to complain about “missing money” from the Haiti recovery effort from the 2010 earthquake:

[…]

The protesters claimed that the $10 billion meant to help rebuild Haiti did little to help the country after the devastating quake. And that much of the money went to non-Haitian companies.

Trey Gowdy Just Released The Final Benghazi Report – NOT GOOD FOR HILLARY

Washington, D.C. – Select Committee on Benghazi Chairman Trey Gowdy (SC-04) released the following statement after the committee’s Majority released a mark of its investigative report:

“Chris Stevens, Sean Smith, Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods were heroes who gave their lives in service to our country. Their bravery and the courageous actions of so many others on the ground that night should be honored.

“When the Select Committee was formed, I promised to conduct this investigation in a manner worthy of the American people’s respect, and worthy of the memory of those who died. That is exactly what my colleagues and I have done.

Now, I simply ask the American people to read this report for themselves, look at the evidence we have collected, and reach their own conclusions. You can read this report in less time than our fellow citizens were taking fire and fighting for their lives on the rooftops and in the streets of Benghazi.”

The committee’s proposed report is just over 800 pages long and is comprised of five primary sections and 12 appendices. It details relevant events in 2011 and 2012.

Washington, D.C. – Select Committee on Benghazi Chairman Trey Gowdy (SC-04) released the following statement after the committee’s Majority released a mark of its investigative report:

The committee’s proposed report is just over 800 pages long and is comprised of five primary sections and 12 appendices. It details relevant events in 2011 and 2012.

The following facts are among the many new revelations in Part I:

Despite President Obama and Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta’s clear orders to deploy military assets, nothing was sent to Benghazi, and nothing was en route to Libya at the time the last two Americans were killed almost 8 hours after the attacks began. [pg. 141]
With Ambassador Stevens missing, the White House convened a roughly two-hour meeting at 7:30 PM, which resulted in action items focused on a YouTube video, and others containing the phrases “[i]f any deployment is made,” and “Libya must agree to any deployment,” and “[w]ill not deploy until order comes to go to either Tripoli or Benghazi.” [pg. 115]
The Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff typically would have participated in the White House meeting, but did not attend because he went home to host a dinner party for foreign dignitaries. [pg. 107]
A Fleet Antiterrorism Security Team (FAST) sat on a plane in Rota, Spain, for three hours, and changed in and out of their uniforms four times. [pg. 154]
None of the relevant military forces met their required deployment timelines. [pg. 150]
The Libyan forces that evacuated Americans from the CIA Annex to the Benghazi airport was not affiliated with any of the militias the CIA or State Department had developed a relationship with during the prior 18 months. Instead, it was comprised of former Qadhafi loyalists who the U.S. had helped remove from power during the Libyan revolution. [pg. 144]
Rep. Mike Pompeo (KS-04) released the following statement regarding these findings:

“We expect our government to make every effort to save the lives of Americans who serve in harm’s way. That did not happen in Benghazi. Politics were put ahead of the lives of Americans, and while the administration had made excuses and blamed the challenges posed by time and distance, the truth is that they did not try.”

Rep. Martha Roby (AL-02) released the following statement regarding these findings:

“Our committee’s insistence on additional information about the military’s response to the Benghazi attacks was met with strong opposition from the Defense Department, and now we know why. Instead of attempting to hide deficiencies in our posture and performance, it’s my hope our report will help ensure we fix what went wrong so that a tragedy like this never happens again.”

The following facts are among the many new revelations in Part II:

Five of the 10 action items from the 7:30 PM White House meeting referenced the video, but no direct link or solid evidence existed connecting the attacks in Benghazi and the video at the time the meeting took place. The State Department senior officials at the meeting had access to eyewitness accounts to the attack in real time. The Diplomatic Security Command Center was in direct contact with the Diplomatic Security Agents on the ground in Benghazi and sent out multiple updates about the situation, including a “Terrorism Event Notification.” The State Department Watch Center had also notified Jake Sullivan and Cheryl Mills that it had set up a direct telephone line to Tripoli. There was no mention of the video from the agents on the ground. Greg Hicks—one of the last people to talk to Chris Stevens before he died—said there was virtually no discussion about the video in Libya leading up to the attacks. [pg. 28]
The morning after the attacks, the National Security Council’s Deputy Spokesperson sent an email to nearly two dozen people from the White House, Defense Department, State Department, and intelligence community, stating: “Both the President and Secretary Clinton released statements this morning. … Please refer to those for any comments for the time being. To ensure we are all in sync on messaging for the rest of the day, Ben Rhodes will host a conference call for USG communicators on this chain at 9:15 ET today.” [pg. 39]
Minutes before the President delivered his speech in the Rose Garden, Jake Sullivan wrote in an email to Ben Rhodes and others: “There was not really much violence in Egypt. And we are not saying that the violence in Libya erupted ‘over inflammatory videos.’” [pg. 44]
According to Susan Rice, both Ben Rhodes and David Plouffe prepared her for her appearances on the Sunday morning talk shows following the attacks. Nobody from the FBI, Department of Defense, or CIA participated in her prep call. While Rhodes testified Plouffe would “normally” appear on the Sunday show prep calls, Rice testified she did not recall Plouffe being on prior calls and did not understand why he was on the call in this instance. [pg.98]
On the Sunday shows, Susan Rice stated the FBI had “already begun looking at all sorts of evidence” and “FBI has a lead in this investigation.” But on Monday, the Deputy Director, Office of Maghreb Affairs sent an email stating: “McDonough apparently told the SVTS [Secure Video Teleconference] group today that everyone was required to ‘shut their pieholes’ about the Benghazi attack in light of the FBI investigation, due to start tomorrow.” [pg. 135]
After Susan Rice’s Sunday show appearances, Jake Sullivan assured the Secretary of the State that Rice “wasn’t asked about whether we had any intel. But she did make clear our view that this started spontaneously and then evolved.” [pg. 128]
Susan Rice’s comments on the Sunday talk shows were met with shock and disbelief by State Department employees in Washington. The Senior Libya Desk Officer, Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs, State Department, wrote: “I think Rice was off the reservation on this one.” The Deputy Director, Office of Press and Public Diplomacy, Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs, State Department, responded: “Off the reservation on five networks!” The Senior Advisor for Strategic Communications, Bureau of Near East Affairs, State Department, wrote: “WH [White House] very worried about the politics. This was all their doing.” [pg. 132]
The CIA’s September 13, 2012, intelligence assessment was rife with errors. On the first page, there is a single mention of “the early stages of the protest” buried in one of the bullet points. The article cited to support the mention of a protest in this instance was actually from September 4. In other words, the analysts used an article from a full week before the attacks to support the premise that a protest had occurred just prior to the attack on September 11. [pg. 47]
A headline on the following page of the CIA’s September 13 intelligence assessment stated “Extremists Capitalized on Benghazi Protests,” but nothing in the actual text box supports that title. As it turns out, the title of the text box was supposed to be “Extremists Capitalized on Cairo Protests.” That small but vital difference—from Cairo to Benghazi—had major implications in how people in the administration were able to message the attacks. [pg. 52]

Rep. Jim Jordan (OH-04) released the following statement regarding these findings:

“Obama Administration officials, including the Secretary of State, learned almost in real time that the attack in Benghazi was a terrorist attack. Rather than tell the American people the truth, the administration told one story privately and a different story publicly.”

Rep. Peter Roskam (IL-06) released the following statement regarding these findings:

“In the days and weeks after the attacks, the White House worked to pin all of the blame for their misleading and incorrect statements on officials within the intelligence community, but in reality, political operatives like Ben Rhodes and David Plouffe were spinning the false narrative and prepping Susan Rice for her interviews.”

The following facts are among the many new revelations in Part III:

During deliberations within the State Department about whether and how to intervene in Libya in March 2011, Jake Sullivan listed the first goal as “avoid[ing] a failed state, particularly one in which al-Qaeda and other extremists might take safe haven.” [pg. 9]
The administration’s policy of no boots on the ground shaped the type of military assistance provided to State Department personnel in Libya. The Executive Secretariats for both the Defense Department and State Department exchanged communications outlining the diplomatic capacity in which the Defense Department SST security team members would serve, which included wearing civilian clothes so as not to offend the Libyans. [pg. 60]
When the State Department’s presence in Benghazi was extended in December 2012, senior officials from the Bureau of Diplomatic Security were excluded from the discussion. [pg. 74]
In February 2012, the lead Diplomatic Security Agent at Embassy Tripoli informed his counterpart in Benghazi that more DS agents would not be provided by decision makers, because “substantive reporting” was not Benghazi’s purpose. [pg. 77]
Emails indicate senior State Department officials, including Cheryl Mills, Jake Sullivan, and Huma Abedin were preparing for a trip by the Secretary of State to Libya in October 2012. According to testimony, Chris Stevens wanted to have a “deliverable” for the Secretary for her trip to Libya, and that “deliverable” would be making the Mission in Benghazi a permanent Consulate. [pg. 96]
In August 2012—roughly a month before the Benghazi attacks—security on the ground worsened significantly. Ambassador Stevens initially planned to travel to Benghazi in early August, but cancelled the trip “primarily for Ramadan/security reasons.” [pg. 99]
Former Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta bluntly told the committee “an intelligence failure” occurred with respect to Benghazi. Former CIA Deputy Director Michael Morell also acknowledged multiple times an intelligence failure did in fact occur prior to the Benghazi attacks. [pg. 129]

Rep. Susan Brooks (IN-05) released the following statement regarding these findings:

“President Obama has said his worst mistake was ‘failing to plan for the day after … intervening in Libya.’ As a result of this ‘lead from behind’ foreign policy, the Libyan people were forced to make the dismal trade of the tyranny of Qadhafi for the terror of ISIS, Al-Qaeda and others. Although the State Department considered Libya a grave risk to American diplomats in 2011 and 2012, our people remained in a largely unprotected, unofficial facility that one diplomatic security agent the committee interviewed characterized as ‘a suicide mission.’”

Rep. Lynn Westmoreland (GA-03) released the following statement regarding these findings:

“One of the most concerning parts of the State Department’s policy in Libya was its reliance upon the militias of an unstable nation to protect our men and women in Benghazi. These were by no means forces that could adequately protect Americans on the ground, and the State Department knew it. But the appearance of no boots on the ground was more important to the administration.”

Part IV of the report reveals new information about the Select Committee’s requests and subpoenas seeking documents and witnesses regarding Benghazi and Libya, and details what the Obama administration provided to Congress, what it is still withholding, and how its serial delays hindered the committee’s efforts to uncover the truth.

Part V proposes 25 recommendations for the Pentagon, State Department, Intelligence Community, and Congress aimed at strengthening security for American personnel serving abroad and doing everything possible to ensure something like Benghazi never happens again, and if it does, that we are better prepared to respond.

The Select Committee intends to convene a bipartisan markup to discuss and vote on the proposed report on July 8, 2016. All members of the committee will have the opportunity to offer changes in a manner consistent with the rules of the House.
