Media outlet headlines have been dominated over discussion regarding the current White House administration decided to pull out of the Iranian nuclear deal from the Obama administration. While Democrats are furious Republicans and the American public are elated. It is officially over despite former secretary of state John Kerry’s attempts to try and thwart its ending when he met with Iranian diplomats in Paris, France.  But Iran is pissed now that Kerry’s efforts did not work and they are looking for blood.

Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman threatened:

100 Percent Fed Up reported,

“OUR PREVIOUS REPORT ON JOHN KERRY’S CURIOUS VISIT WITH IRANIAN DIPLOMATS IN PARIS, FRANCE: The always arrogant John Kerry is at it again… So John Kerry just left a meeting @ L’Avenue in Paris w/3 Iranians. A friend was sitting next to their table and heard JK blasting @realDonaldTrump. The Iranians had a 5 person security detail and left in diplomatic vehicles. Is he FARA registered?

Obviously, the former catastrophic diplomat who cannot even stand on a bike does not fear being prosecuted for treason against his country: he is a Democrat, and therefore he is protected.

Admittedly, the FBI has indicted Michael Flynn, the national security advisor to President-elect Trump, for identical but less serious reasons: he spoke with Russians during a cocktail party while he was still a simple citizen: Flynn is a Republican, all the force of the law apply.

And of course, the media won’t say a word about it: collusion with a foreign power, it only interests them if they can accuse President Trump.”

Iran has not been taking kindly to the United States recent actions regarding the Iran Deal. Iranian President Hassan Rouhani told media outlets on Sunday that so long as Tehran’s interests remain protected that Iran is willing to remain within the 2015 nuclear deal. He and his foreign minister indicated they are interested in having it redesigned without the United States. Lambasting the United States withdrawal as a violation of morals, Rouhani said that if the remaining five countries in the agreement want to stay so will Iran.

The Huffington Post reported,

“Rouhani made similarly conciliatory comments on Tuesday, and on Saturday his foreign minister, Mohammad Javad Zarif, embarked on a tour of other signatory nations to the accord, state media reported, in a last-ditch effort to save it. After arriving in Beijing on Sunday, Zarif said: “We hope that with this visit to China and other countries we will be able to construct a clear future design for the comprehensive (nuclear) agreement.”

China’s Foreign Minister Wang Yi said he believed Zarif’s tour would “improve countries’… understanding of Iran’s position.” and help Tehran protect its “legitimate national interests”. Rouhani has said Iran would stay committed to the deal, which Britain, China, France, Germany and Russia also signed, provided those powers could ensure Iran was protected from sanctions against key sectors of its economy such as oil.

The three European states have also recommitted to the agreement, but senior cleric Ayatollah Ahmad Khatami told worshippers at Tehran University on Friday that Europe was not to be trusted. The head of the elite Revolutionary Guards also warned against relying on foreign powers to guarantee Iran’s interests.

“America’s exit aims to break the Iranian people’s resistance, which is not new …but today’s problem is not U.S. sanctions, it’s that some officials look towards outside rather than looking at domestic potentials,” Guards commander General Mohammad Ali Jafari said, the state news agency IRNA reported. On Wednesday, Jafari had cast doubt on European nations’ ability to save the nuclear accord. With the deal on shaky ground in the face of fierce opposition from hardliners at home, some analysts say the pragmatic Rouhani faces the prospect of serving out his second term as a lame duck leader.”

Whatever this nuclear deal means for Iran is irrelevant. The current administration made the decision to come out in order to put America first. The Iran Deal did not benefit the United States, only Iran. And Iranian politicians should not be emboldened to fund their nuclear program. Under the deal sanctions were lifted, United Nations resolutions regarding Iran were annulled, and the European Union were forced to remove energy and banking sanctions.

Is a Reckoning Near for Corrupt Federal Officials?

I hate to recommend the National Review, but Victor Davis Hansen has been, as the saying goes, “on fire” lately. Yesterday’s editorial on the Mueller investigation was amazing. We all know that the deep state stays empowered through overwhelming hypocrisy, but the double standards have come at us so fast, it is hard to remember them all. Hanson does us all a favor by writing: “The Double Standards of the Mueller Investigation.

He lists many of them. For example:

Mueller’s team apparently has assumed that Michael Cohen’s status as Trump’s attorney offers no protections under normal attorney-client privilege protocols.

If that is true, the DOJ will have to investigate why the FBI allowed Clinton aide Cheryl Mills to pose as Clinton’s attorney and thereby be shielded from providing testimony on what she knew about the email scandal involving her “client.”

And Hanson concludes that there will be a reckoning:

Mueller has searched far and wide for wrongdoing but so far has found little. Meanwhile, there is plenty of other wrongdoing already found, but no one seems to be looking at it.

Flynn, Cohen, and other Trump aides are considered small enough fry to go after. Clinton, Comey, McCabe, and others seem big enough fry to leave alone.

No one thought Hillary Clinton would blow the election. Top Obama officials at the FBI, DOJ, intelligence agencies, and National Security Council believed in 2015 and 2016 that they could ignore laws with impunity because a protective Clinton administration would soon be in power.

Politics have infected these investigations. Trump was seen as a threat to the status quo, and FBI and DOJ lawbreakers were seen as custodians of it.

The more Mueller searches for hypothetical lawbreaking, the more he is inadvertently underscoring that actual lawbreakers must be subject to the same standard of justice. Ironically, Mueller’s investigation has reminded America that it is past time to call Comey, McCabe, and a host of Obama-era DOJ and FBI officials to account.

For over a year, we have had two standards of legality when there can only be one.

A reckoning is near.

Is Hanson right? A friends wrote to me:

Beautiful in theory, but I do not believe it’s going to happen. It’s clear there are two sets of standards in effect, and some people are more equal than others. I’m past “I’ll believe it when I see it” and all the way to “I flat out believe it’s not going to happen.”

He claims that their actions were not only illegal but constituted an attempted coup of a sitting US president using false dossier information that they knew was really opposition research (lies) paid for by Hillary Clinton and the DNC.

He is seeking charges against former FBI Director James Comey, former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.

Gosar said:

“The FBI knowingly took false information from the Democratic National Committee and the Hillary Clinton campaign and then used it to smear Donald Trump in order to hurt his campaign.”

“The full-throated adoption of this illegal misconduct and abuse of FISA by James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Sally Yates and Rod Rosenstein is not just criminal but constitutes treason.”

Rep Gosar said he would seek prosecution of these traitors for their attempted coup. Treason carries a penalty up to death in the United States.

From The Washington Examiner

The House Intelligence Committee released the memo on Friday after voting to declassify it. President Trump approved the release, which he had the power to block.

The memo was compiled by House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif., and other Republican lawmakers, and explains how FBI and DOJ officials depended on information from a dossier compiled by former British intelligence officer Christopher Steele to obtain and renew a warrant to surveil former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page.

Gosar said in a statement to the Washington Examiner that the former director and deputy FBI director, and two former deputy attorneys general “have made a mockery of the FBI.”

Rep Gosar has sent a letter to  AG Sessions demanding prosecution of former FBI Director James Comey, former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.

Criminal charges against the four is a moral imperative. The reason the Deep State is so effective is that they never pay a price for their crimes. If that ends, most Deep State activity would too.

UPDATE! As reported by The Daily Caller:

New Jersey Sen. Cory Booker, a Democrat, claimed Wednesday that releasing the memo would be “treasonous” and could endanger “fellow Americans in the intelligence community.” Despite Booker’s warnings, the names in the memo are mostly limited to senior FBI officials such as James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Sally Tates, Dana Boente, and Rod Rosenstein — not clandestine agents.

Earlier in the week, the Justice Department warned White House Chief of Staff John Kelly about the potential damage the memo could cause its agency. It is hard to believe that anything in the memo could harm future investigations, as much of it details how intel collected by former British spy Christopher Steele — who is not a government employee — influenced the FBI’s conduct.

Payback! Elected Officials In Sanctuary Cities Get News They’ve Been FEARING Since Trump’s Election

It’s about dang time!

The DHS secretary has just confirmed that sanctuary city leaders will be targeted.

Check this out…

From Washington Times via Weasel Zippers:

Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen confirmed Tuesday that her department has asked federal prosecutors to see if they can lodge criminal charges against sanctuary cities that refuse to cooperate with federal deportation efforts.

“The Department of Justice is reviewing what avenues may be available,” Ms. Nielsen told the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Her confirmation came after California’s new sanctuary law went into effect Jan. 1, severely restricting cooperation the state or any of its localities could offer.

More from Nielsen’s hearing, where Democrat Sen. Cory Booker lashed out for a good while – per Washington Examiner:

Sen. Cory Booker, D-N.J., was enraged during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing Tuesday and admitted he was “seething with anger” over President Trump’s alleged “shithole comments” and a Cabinet official’s statement that she did not recall the incident.

“I had tears of rage,” Booker bellowed at Secretary of Homeland Security Kirstjen Nielsen in reference to when he first heard of Trump’s “shithole countries” remark last week. “And for you not to feel that hurt and that pain and to dismiss the questions of my colleagues, with tens of millions Americans hurting right now because they’re worried about what happened in the White House …”

Thank you, President Trump!

Dirty Liberal Jerry Brown Slams President Trump In Front Of Chinese Officials!

This Tuesday, at a climate change conference in Bonn, Germany,  Liberal California Governor Jerry Brown talked bad about President Donald Trump in front of Chinese officials, during the time when Trump was on his first official trip in Asia as the President of the United States.

The Sacramento Bee reported that:

Brown told the Chinese officials that Americans were embarrassed by Trump’s statement that climate change was a Chinese hoax. He called it ”probably the most absurd thing that has ever been said on the topic.

When he bashed Trump, Jerry Brown was thinking about Trump’s opinion in his tweet from five years ago in which he said:

The concept of global warming was created by and for the Chinese people in order to make U.S. manufacturing non-competitive.

Two days ago, President Trump talked about his more than successful meeting Chinese President Xi Jinping in a national address from the White House.

From Breitbart News:

While there is no evidence that the theory of climate change was invented by China – and plenty of evidence to the contrary – the idea that climate change regulations are embraced by some foreign competitors to gain an advantage over American manufacturing is arguably true. In Germany, Brown was speaking after Xie Zhenhua, China’s negotiator at the Paris Climate Accords. Brown urged China to take the lead in implementing climate change regulations – such as California – designed carbon trading marked – since the Trump administration was not.

We are witnesses of a series of constant political attacks by President Trump’s political enemies both on the domestic and foreign level while Trump is criticizing the previous administrations while on his tour. Every President does that, but the thing with Jerry Brown is that he goes directly against the best interest of our people as he shows to China that we are divided and by that he’s giving them the opportunity to leap several steps over us.
