REVOLT! Democrat Senator Diane Feinstein Calls for Investigation into Obama, Lynch, & Hillary

James Comey has testified that ex-attorney general Loretta Lynch requested from him to refer to the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails as a “matter” instead of an investigation.

He testified before the Senate Intelligence Committee on Thursday, claiming that Lynch’s request made him feel “queasy.”

But Feinstein also said that she would have had “a queasy feeling too.”

Feinstein, the committee’s top democrat, said that she didn’t know if Loretta Lynch was providing cover for the Clinton campaign, but said that the request she gave to Comey would have given her a queasy feeling too. “I think we need to know more about that,” the California senator said. “And there’s only one way to know about it, and that’s to have the judiciary committee take a look at that.”

According to our source, Conservative Fighters, Feinstein said that an investigation into Lynch’s conduct with the Clinton campaign should be separate from the current Congressional investigation into potential ties between President Donald Trump’s campaign and the Russian government.

“I don’t think we should mix the two,” Feinstein said. “I don’t know whether it’s obstruction of justice. I don’t intend to draw any conclusions until investigations are finished.”

Comey also said that when he asked Lynch if she was going to authorize him to confirm the existence of the Clinton email investigation, she answered, “Yes but don’t call it that. Call it a ‘matter’.” Then, he asked her to give him an explanation why he should call it like that, she did not answer, but she said, “Just call it a matter.”

“I don’t know whether it was intentional or not but it gave the impression that the Attorney General Lynch was looking to align the way we talked about our work with the way the political campaign was describing the same activity, which was inaccurate,” Comey stated.

When Obama and Clinton lose Diane Feinstein, it is significant. And it could mean a huge turning point. Feinstein seems to be one of the most powerful leaders the Democrats have and she comes with incredible credibility.

We may disagree with her sometimes, but she has proven some major points over the decades and that she prefers honesty and integrity over partisan politics. She loves her party and is smart enough to know that this issue is quite damaging.

BREAKING: 11-Count Indictment Handed Down in Russian Bribery Case Involving Uranium One. Clinton, Obama, Mueller, Comey, McCabe, Rosenstein, Holder, Lynch Facing Criminal Prosecution

The Justice Department released the first in what promises to be a series of nightmare statements for Hillary Clinton and members of the Obama administration on Friday.

Yesterday’s statement comes under the banner:

The charges are explained in the third paragraph the DOJ’s statement:

“Mark Lambert, 54, of Mount Airy, Maryland, was charged in an 11-count indictment with one count of conspiracy to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and to commit wire fraud, seven counts of violating the FCPA, two counts of wire fraud and one count of international promotion money laundering.  The charges stem from an alleged scheme to bribe Vadim Mikerin, a Russian official at JSC Techsnabexport (TENEX), a subsidiary of Russia’s State Atomic Energy Corporation and the sole supplier and exporter of Russian Federation uranium and uranium enrichment services to nuclear power companies worldwide, in order to secure contracts with TENEX. “

We’ve been waiting for the indictments to start being handed down since a confidential informant came forward last October.

John Solomon first reported the CI’s existence whose evidence showed that:

“Before the Obama administration approved a controversial deal in 2010 giving Moscow control of a large swath of American uranium, the FBI had gathered substantial evidence that Russian nuclear industry officials were engaged in bribery, kickbacks, extortion and money laundering designed to grow Vladimir Putin’s atomic energy business inside the United States, according to government documents and interviews.”

Back in October we reported that The F.B.I. knew about this but never disclosed that agents working for then-FBI Director Robert Mueller had obtained extensive financial records, secret recordings and had intercepted emails that dated as far back as 2009, Obama’s first year in office.

FBI and court documents showed that Mueller was well aware that this violated the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act yet he remained silent under orders from Obama’s Department of Justice.

It was also known that the F.B.I. had an eyewitness — backed by significant documentation — that was in possession of evidence Russian nuclear officials had routed multiple payoffs of millions of dollars each to benefit former President Bill Clinton’s charitable foundation during the time Secretary of State Hillary Clinton served on a government body that approved questionable decisions to Moscow.

The first decision occurred in October 2010, when the State Department and government agencies on the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States unanimously approved the partial sale of Canadian mining company Uranium One to the Russian nuclear giant Rosatom, giving Moscow control of more than 20 percent of America’s uranium supply.

Then, in 2011, the Obama administration gave approval for Rosatom’s Tenex subsidiary to sell commercial uranium to U.S. nuclear power plants in a partnership with the United States Enrichment Corp.

The following day we went into further detail on the FBI’s strange handling of the case.  The principle players in the case read like a who’s who of the current prosecutorial team trying to take down President Trump:

Now the Deputy Director of the DOJ, Rod Rosenstein was the U.S. Attorney for the District of Maryland where the investigation took place.  After Attorney General Jeff Sessions recused himself, Rosenstein appointed Robert Mueller as special counsel without evidence of an underlying crime.  Mueller was charged with finding one, just not the one that was staring him in the face.

Current F.B.I. Deputy Director Andrew McCabe was in charge of the investigation into Mikerin and Rosatom-Tenex back in 2009.

Sitting immediately above Mueller was Obama’s Attorney General, Eric Holder.  It’s hard to imagine that Mueller or McCabe never told Holder what their investigation had revealed.  And, it’s just as unimaginable that Holder and Obama never discussed it.

More likely, Obama and Clinton conspired to sell the uranium to Russia, each for their own reasons, with Obama giving a stand down order to Mueller and McCabe to squash the investigation.  Such an arrangement would closely mirror the stand down order Loretta Lynch, who succeeded Holder as Attorney General, gave to Jim Comey, who succeeded Mueller as F.B.I. director, regarding the Clinton email investigation.

The significance of the indictment against Lambert comes from its potential to be the tip of the iceberg.

For those of you who wanted to prove Russian collusion at the highest levels of government you are about to see your dreams realized… or not.

Mueller, Comey, McCabe, Rosenstein, Holder, Lynch, Clinton, and Obama all had a hand in it and then they compounded their assault on our American democracy by attempting a coup against President Trump to keep their corrupt dealings hidden from the public.

The mainstream media has been complicit in all of this.  There have remained silent on reporting this indictment, as they remained silent back in October.  Instead they want us fixated on whether it’s appropriate to call a sh*thole a sh*thole.

“I Don’t Give A Damn Whose Careers Are Ruined” – Look Trey Gowdy Go After Lynch and Clinton

Hillary Clinton wasn’t able to properly manage her emails and she should have been in prison for it. She broke the law and got Former FBI Director James Comey to rewrite the law to let her off the hook. Andrew C. McCarthy wrote a great article about it when that controversy was developing.

In addition, before he even interviewed Hilary, Director Comey had already started writing his letter exonerating her.

The FBI released documents Monday proving former FBI Director James Comey began drafting a letter regarding Hillary Clinton’s email investigation months before conducting several key interviews, including speaking to Clinton herself.

The document release was titled “Drafts of Director Comeys July 5, 2016 Statement Regarding Email Server Investigation Part 01 of 01.”

The contents of the email were largely unclear as nearly all of it was redacted. The now-public records show the email titled “Midyear Exam — UNCLASSIFIED” was sent by Comey on May 2, 2016, to Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, general counsel James Baker and chief of staff and senior counselor James Rybicki.

Beautiful.

When it comes to her shady dealings this is just the beginning for Hillary. She’s still in tons of trouble for her pay to play slush fund she ran while she was at the State Department.

Additionally, while the investigation was in full swing AG Loretta Lynch thought it was a good idea to meet up with Hillary’s husband on an airport tarmac.

Hillary is in trouble. Lynch is in trouble. Comey is in trouble. Obama is in trouble.

There’s a new sheriff in town, and every liberal from the Obama administration is realizing that their games are over.

According to ITSABOUTUSA. ORG

Hillary Clinton couldn’t appropriately deal with her messages and she ought to have been in jail for it. She overstepped the law and got Former FBI Director James Comey to rework the law to let her free. Andrew C. McCarthy composed an awesome article about it when that debate was creating.

Furthermore, before he even talked with Hilary, Director Comey had just begun composing his letter absolving her.

The FBI discharged reports Monday demonstrating previous FBI Director James Comey started drafting a letter with respect to Hillary Clinton’s email examination months before leading a few key meetings, including addressing Clinton herself.

The record discharge was titled “Drafts of Director Comeys July 5, 2016 Statement Regarding Email Server Investigation Part 01 of 01.”

The substance of the email were to a great extent hazy as almost every last bit of it was redacted

The now-open records demonstrate the email titled “Midyear Exam — UNCLASSIFIED” was sent by Comey on May 2, 2016, to Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, general insight James Baker and head of staff and senior instructor James Rybicki.

Delightful.

With regards to her shady dealings this is the ideal start for Hillary. She’s still in a bad position for her compensation to play slush subsidize she ran while she was at the State Department.

Moreover, while the examination was going all out AG Loretta Lynch thought it was a smart thought to get together with Hillary’s significant other on an airplane terminal landing area.

Hillary is stuck in an unfortunate situation. Lynch is stuck in an unfortunate situation. Comey is stuck in an unfortunate situation. Obama is in a bad position.

There’s another sheriff around the local area, and each liberal from the Obama organization is understanding that their recreations are finished.

Republicans Drop Major Lynch Accusation, It’s a Bombshell

Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election resulted in charges against Paul Manafort and his associate Rick Gates for unrelated crimes. As a result, many have been left wondering why charges — or an investigation, at least — haven’t been waged in the Democrat corruption rampant during the Obama administration, especially given the widespread evidence.

On Monday, three House Republicans appeared with Fox Business’ Lou Dobbs to discuss corruption and matters requiring investigation. Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX), told Dobbs, “Don’t forget Loretta Lynch is the one who had to specially approve the Russian agent coming into this country when she didn’t have a visa so she could have a meeting with Don Trump Jr., setting him up! So they could then say ‘oh look, Don Trump Jr., is meeting with this Russian agent so now we need warrants to wiretap these people.’”

Alongside Rep. Gohmert were Reps. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), and Andy Biggs (R-AZ). The three are just a sampling of the House GOP members dissatisfied and frustrated with Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ lack of action regarding these serious issues.

Dobbs announced to viewers, “It appears tonight General Sessions has put it under consideration” regarding an investigation into the Uranium One deal. Dobbs introduced the GOP members and told them directly, “This is the first genuine consequence of a congressional action on this issue that we have seen. And I just want to say not only congratulations, but thank you.

Rep. Biggs explained, “I’m glad that [Sessions] is finally taking some action. We’ve been calling for that. But I am concerned because, in his letter, he said he’s going to have it reviewed, in part, by Rod Rosenstein. And I think Rod Rosenstein is part of the problem.

He is,” Rep. Gohmert interjected.

I think we need to hold [Attorney] General Sessions accountable and get him to give us a real review. Give us a real Special Counsel, and let’s open this thing up and let’s follow where it leads.

Rep. Gaetz explained that Tuesday will be a big day as the House Judiciary Committee holds a hearing that will question Mr. Sessions on these issues. “The American people are tired of one legal standard for the Clintons, and then a totally separate legal standard for everyone else in the United States of America,” he said.

Rep. Gaetz further explained that Special Counsel Mueller’s investigation has been ongoing for six months and has produced nothing on alleged collusion crimes perpetrated by President Trump. Instead, the Democrats colluded when they paid Russians to dig up information on Mr. Trump, using Fusion GPS to do so. Rep. Gaetz stated, “What’s totally inappropriate would be to put Bob Mueller and Rod Rosenstein in the mix looking into these things because they are potential witnesses.

Rep. Gohmert made the aforementioned remark about former Attorney General Loretta Lynch, implying that her visa approval of the Russian agent who met with Donald Trump Jr. was an intentional set-up to establish a reason for wiretapping.

We’re going to see that it was Rod Rosenstein and Bob Mueller who got those records sealed about the full Russian investigation,” Rep. Gohmert said. He then explained that if those records were available to the public, it could very well put Hillary Clinton behind bars.

If Attorney General Sessions has indeed begun to consider launching an investigation into these key issues, perhaps these records can finally come to light. Whether Mr. Mueller is replaced with a more objective Special Counsel or a second appointment is made, it is clear that these frustrated GOP members of Congress won’t rest until an investigation is underway. Hopefully, these corrupt Democrats can eventually be held accountable.

It appears that Loretta Lynch may have set up Donald Trump Jr. to look like he colluded with Russia. Do you think she did this on purpose?
