Breaking: Gowdy, Nunes & Co Release Devastating Video Exposing Dems Treasonous FISA Abuse

Elder Patriot – Republican members of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence have released a video of themselves explaining in simple terms why both the Republicans’ and Democrats’ FISA memos matter and why theirs has more credibility.

House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy released the video via his Twitter account … WATCH VIDEO BELOW

The Republican memo’s co-author, Trey Gowdy speaks first:

“You have a right to know what happened with this FISA process and whether reforms are warranted.”

From there a montage of mainstream media reports detailing how the FBI and the DNC officials lied to the FISA court to fraudulently convince each of four different judges to issue surveillance warrants over the course of a year to spy on Trump’s presidential campaign team.

HPSCI Chairmen Nunes: “Political dirt was used by the FBI – and they knew it was political dirt – to open a counterintelligence investigation into the other campaign.”

This promises to be just the first of a number of such memorandum and videos since Nunes has made it clear that he considers this only the first of many investigative phases.

He has indicated his next target is the State Department where Hillary Clinton ran her pay-to-play scheme out of and where Clinton’s lost emails went to die.

Nunes told Fox News’ Bret Baier that the release of the FISA memo was just the beginning of the attempts to unravel the Obama administrations’ politicization and weaponization of key government agencies:

“This completes just the FISA abuse portion of our investigation. We are — we are in the middle of phase two of our investigation, which involves other departments, specifically the State Department and some of the involvement that they had in this.

“That investigation is ongoing and we continue to work towards finding answers and asking the right questions to try to get to the bottom of what exactly the State Department was up to in terms of this Russian investigation.”

Interestingly, almost immediate to Nunes announcement that Foggy Bottom was the target of the next phase of investigations, Jonathan Winer wrote an op-ed for the Washington Post where he tried covering his ass for his involvement in support of the phony dossier.

Recent polls show that 56% of respondents was a special counsel to be appointed to get to the bottom of Hillary Clinton’s scandals.  That will not be good news for the Democratic Party nor the Obama administration both of which routinely broke laws to defend and advance the most corrupt politician (person?) in American history.

With public opinion now favoring the Republicans it also signals that the mainstream media matrixis losing its grip on the American consciousness.

Nuclear: Gowdy, Nunes Too Invoke Never Before Used Rule to Force Release Of Explosive FISA Memo

Elder Patriot -Washington Examiner reporter Byron York is a meticulous investigator who never allows himself to get ahead of the facts.  That is what makes the tweet he posted yesterday so significant.

The first question this raises is what are the other 60 or so Republicans doing with their time?  The Dems?  They’re like my wife who turns the other way when we pass a crash on the highways.

The subject is the Top-Secret memo that outlines surveillance abuses.  According to those who have read it, the four-page memo reveals what some Republicans are calling “shocking,” “troubling,” and “alarming” government surveillance abuses under President Obama.  Rep. Scott Perry (R-Pa.) likened the details of the memo currently circulating in Congress to “KGB activity in Russia.”

After reviewing the memo Representative Mark Meadows (R-NC) said: “It’s troubling. It is shocking.  Part of me wishes that I didn’t read it because I don’t want to believe that those kinds of things could be happening in this country that I call home and love so much.”

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) said that when the details of the document become known, not only are some Obama holdovers currently serving in the Trump administration going to get fired, they are going to jail:

“I believe the consequence of its release will be major changes in people currently working at the FBI and Department of Justice.”  Gaetz told multiple interviewers that he was “referencing DOJ officials Rod Rosenstein and Bruce Ohr.”

“If the American people knew what was happening — if they saw the contents of this memo — a lot would become clear about the information that I’ve been talking about on television for the last several months.”

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes and House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy, who also serves on the Intelligence Committee, are working with Bob Goodlatte, the Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee on a plan to make sure the American people see the memo as soon as possible.

Because of Democrats intransigence on the matter (only 3 Dems has even read the four-page memo) Gowdy, Nunes, and Goodlatte are charting a path that would employ a never before used procedure to make it public.

The rule provides the House Intelligence Committee members to vote to make the memo public.  After that the president would have five days to object.

If the president had no objection, the memo would become public after those five days. If the president did object, the matter would go to the full House, which could vote to overrule the president’s objections and release the memo anyway.

There is a chance that for political optics President Trump would object and force House Speaker Paul Ryan to make the entire Republican caucus make the vote to release the memo.

There is little chance that Republican lawmakers would vote not to release the memo because Trump could always de-classify it later as he has the right to do.  How many GOP members of congress would risk unmasking themselves as protectors of the swamp by taking that chance?

As one legislator who remained anonymous said, “It’s amazing what the pitchforks and the torches will do.”

Gowdy: H.C.’s Crimes are Much Worse Than Anyone Imagined

Kirsters Baish| Franklin Delano Roosevelt once said, “in politics nothing happens by accident. If it happens, you can bet it was planned that way.” It seems as though the Left constantly uses the excuse that things have been happening by chance, but we all know it’s complete crap.

In more recent news, James Comey revealed highly classified information in leaked memos. Although there is nothing new about this kind of Liberal stunt, it has suddenly become the topic of conversation. There is a specific reason for this.

First of all, Comey knows entirely too much for his own good. He worked hard to make his way around the swamp while he was acting as the director of the F.B.I., but it seems as though the criminally elite in Washington is in dire need of a scapegoat, and Comey looks good for the job. After how he handled the Clinton email investigation, people were angry from both the extreme Left and the extreme Right, so he seems like the perfect fall guy.

USA Politics Today wrote:

Trey Gowdy, one of Washington’s few legitimate men of integrity and a frequent critic of Jim Comey recently said:

“I’ve had plenty of differences with Jim Comey, I want to be really clear about that, but I think history is going to be much kinder to Comey over his July press conference [in which he declined to prosecute Hillary] than the Democrats were when he had it. I think he had access to information that, because he’s a stand-up guy who’s not going to decimate classified information, although God knows everyone else is, he’s not going to [release] it even if it casts him in a negative light.”

Gowdy is talking about something we reported almost two months ago. After working the case for over a year Comey realized that damned near the entire government was involved.

One agent with intimate knowledge of the case characterized Comey’s dilemma this way:

“There is enough for her and the entire government to be brought down. People do not realize how enormous this whole situation actually is.

“The problem is with the Clinton Foundation as I mentioned, which you should just imagine as a massive spider web of connections and money laundering implicating hundreds of high-level people.

““…This case would explode into a million other cases if fully brought to light, and then we would be one agency competing against the entire government and a hoard of other interests. It is a very tense and uncomfortable position.”

In order to avoid exposing the entire globalist power structure, Comey avoided the “massive sh*tstorm.”

This is the whole reason that Comey even let Hillary and all of those pawns close to her scrub and destroy their own personal computers and electronic devices. He should have conducted the proper investigation that he was sent there to conduct, and should have stayed within accordance with the standard F.B.I. collection of evidence procedures.

The thing that got in the way of Comey successfully protecting Hillary Clinton’s criminal behavior was the New York Police Department. The NYPD had discovered Anthony Weiner’s laptop which contained basically all of the evidence that Comey had worked so hard to bury.

We all know by now that Comey is one crooked cop, and he shouldn’t get off easily for neglecting his responsibilities and acting irresponsibly. He had a duty to expose whatever corruption he found, and instead he completely ignored it. This isn’t the reason that he is now the target in Washington, but actually the opposite is the real reason.

The Clinton-family co-cospirators are becoming more and more desperate to stop President Trump in his tracks. They do not want him to come through on his campaign promise to “drain the swamp.” James Comey, who knew about all the skeletons in the closet, is being discredited before the can possibly cut a deal to tell President Trump’s investigators the answers to the questions they’re asking in order to keep himself out of prison for life.

No matter what you thought about the Clinton family’s actions over the years, Trey Gowdy just told us it really is much worse than we ever could have imagined.
