Cold water fish contain abundant amounts of omega-3 fatty acids, which have potent anti-inflammatory properties. Omega-3’s contain eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), also known as marine fatty acids. EPA and DHA suppress the body’s inflammatory response by interfering with immune cells and enzymes involved in it.

The best marine omega-3s are salmon, tuna, sardines, and mackerel. Vegans and vegetarians can acquire omega-3s through flaxseed, chia seeds, soy, kale, and other plant-based sources.

They rank as one of the world’s healthiest foods.”


Though you can eat raw tomatoes to help fight off cancer, cooked tomatoes have more strength in fighting cancer than raw ones do. Though all tomatoes contain cancer-fighting properties called lycopene, the heat from cooking them makes them more available for your body to use.

Lycopene is known to slow the growth of cancerous cells in your body, which helps give you a better chance of getting rid of it with other treatments. One-half cup of cook tomatoes once a week will help slow the growth of cancerous cells.

As Joan Salge Blake, MS, RD, rightly pointed out, “The photochemical lycopene may be one of best disease-fighting compounds on the plate, especially if the plate contains tomatoes. Research suggests that lycopene found in tomatoes and tomato products may help prevent prostate cancer.”


Bok choy is a type of Chinese cabbage, and it contains something called brassinin, which is known to be very powerful against fighting the growth of cancerous cells. Brassinin can also be found in other sprouts, such as broccoli and cauliflower. Bok choy and brassinin is best known at fighting the spread and growth of breast cancer cells. For the best possible results, plan your meals to have bok choy (or even broccoli!) in them three times a week, with a half cup serving.


Like most fish, Flounder is full of omega-3 fatty acids, which are well known to prevent inflammation and reduce the risk of heart disease. Omega-3 fatty acids are also known to help prevent both the start and spread of cancerous cells.

“Instead of shrimp, you can substitute any seafood high in omega-3 fatty acids; options include salmon, haddock, flounder and sardines”, says Dr. Mehmet Oz, MD.

Video of homeless man kicked out of McDonald’s after customer buys him food goes viral

An outraged customer recorded a police officer telling a homeless man to leave McDonald's after paying for his food, inciting outrage on social media.

A Facebook video showing a homeless man being escorted off the premises of a Myrtle Beach, S.C., McDonald’s after a customer reportedly paid for his food has gone viral, and is sparking outrage.

Yossi Gallo, the man responsible for the video, said he saw a homeless man across the street and invited him into the fast-food restaurant with him.

“I waved him down, and I said, ‘Hey, are you hungry?’ and he said, ‘Yes,’” Gallo said in an interview with WMBF News. “So I went in there with him, and as soon as we went inside, the lady at the register says, ‘You’re not getting food.’ She tells him he’s not getting food.”

Gallo said he began recording the incident on his phone after that.

In the video, Gallo can be heard arguing with management and a police officer who was called to the scene to issue a trespass warning for the homeless man, as requested by the McDonald’s restaurant.

Gallo gets increasingly angry by the actions of the employees and the responding officer, who is seen explaining to the homeless man as he is eating his food that he will have to leave.

“You guys suck. He didn’t even ask me for food. I brought him from outside. You guys suck,” Gallo can be heard loudly saying in the video.

“The individual in this video has a history of disruptive behavior and has been asked to leave by management and police on several occasions.”

The McDonald’s management responded to Gallo’s criticisms by asking him to quiet down.

“Calm your voice. That’s what I’m asking you to do,” one of the employees said to Gallo in the video.

“This is how I talk. I talk loud. If the officer has a problem with that, the officer’s going to arrest me,” Gallo responded.

Gallo was removed from the building as well and issued a trespass warning.

Myrtle Beach Police Capt. Joey Crosby told WMBF via email that the officer went to the restaurant after an employee called to report a man asking for money in the parking lot.

Both Gallo and the homeless man vehemently deny that accusation in the recorded video.

“The officer advised the male of the request made by the business and issued the warning,” Crosby said. “A bystander, who was videotaping the incident, was also trespassed from the location, at the request of the manager, for what management deemed as disorderly behavior.”

In a statement to WMBF, Joel Pellicci Jr., the owner of the McDonald’s in question, said this has been an ongoing problem:

“At my restaurant, the goal is to provide our customers with a positive and welcoming experience each time they visit. Unfortunately, the individual in this video has a history of disruptive behavior and has been asked to leave by management and police on several occasions.”

Since publishing the video Wednesday morning, Gallo has received over 42 million views and 1 million shares, and has created a viral outrage, with people taking issue with the police officer and the fast-food chain.

Some comments have called for a boycott of McDonald’s and have flooded the location’s Facebook page with poor reviews, while others have praised the man for his compassion.

While many focused on the corporation, others have left crude and misogynistic comments regarding the female police officer, with some even posting screenshots of personal information about the cop.

Gallo said it was not his intention to have her affected, and believes she was just doing her job.

“I think that’s completely wrong,” Gallo said. “Completely wrong. I do believe that she was doing her job. I do believe that she was doing her job. She did nothing wrong. I don’t have any anger towards her in any way.”

Gallo said he wishes commenters would “please definitely leave her alone. She was very polite. She was doing her job. I wouldn’t want anyone to speak badly of her. She was very nice actually.”

It’s official: Democrats hate everything you love. That’s clear simply from the way they opposed the tax cut bill. Americans saving money? We can’t have that!

But it goes beyond their desire to rob you of cash. Democrats love to regulate everything. Much like Big Brother of 1984, they want to control every last bit of your personal life. From marriage to business to eating, Democrats want to decide what you can or cannot do.

There are even groups who want to punish you for eating. PETA and other unhinged, radical leftists, are pushing for bills that will excessively tax meat. Yep, the most basic source of protein in the world.

Cue the clown music.

If environmentalists and health nuts get their way, your steak could be getting a little more expensive.

According to Bloomberg, governments looking to improve their citizens’ eating habits, and simultaneously protect the environment from the disastrous impact of cattle, pig, and goat farming, are suddenly turning “bullish” on the idea of implementing a “sin tax” against people who purchase meat, either at grocery stores or in restaurants…

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals… is one of the organizations behind the push, of course.

If there is a “meat tax,” Bloomberg notes, it’ll probably happen in Europe first, where everything is taxed and no one complains, and would probably impact the meat industry first and meat eaters only eventually.

Activists reluctantly admit that the United States, at least, probably won’t embrace a meat tax as readily as our European cousins, not just because we like meat, but because “sin taxes” are on the decline. Even Chicago, which has readily embraced a whole measure of sin taxes, was forced to reconsider — and ultimately repeal — a tax on sugary beverages, after stores put drink tax information directly in front of consumers.

There are regions of the world that are starving. Often a single goat can mean the difference between life or death for families. Yet these entitled liberals only care about pushing their bogus vegan ideology.

You might like having a B-vitamin deficiency, PETA, but the rest of us want to be healthy.

This pathetic agenda is simply a way to control your eating habits. Instead of believing you have the right to choose what to eat, democrats want to decide for you. A heavy tax on meat is a way to discourage people from eating it.

And it has nothing to do with the environment. If it did, they would only focus on beef, which they claim harms the atmosphere. To lump in pigs and goats is simply a big “screw you” to non-vegans the world over.

A shocking video is going viral after a welfare rat decided to post a video on YouTube, mocking the U.S. taxpayer for going to work and paying her way. However, things would only be made worse as the woman showed the sick thing she uses her food stamps to buy — and it has hardworking people across the country downright pissed off.

The clip was originally posted to YouTube by an unnamed woman but was quickly taken down for violating the website’s community standards. Fortunately, someone else was able to save it before it disappeared for good and has since reposted it for the world to see.

As can be seen in the footage, the smug brat brags about being on the system. Not only does she get food stamps but she’s on disability for her chronic “depression,” which apparently makes it impossible to work. Given her attitude in this clip, I’d say it’s a stretch because she’s more than happy to smile and laugh as she mock’s the U.S. taxpayer.

Of course, her disgusting attitude is more than enough to tick off everyday people, but that’s not the worst part of it all. Sending many people over the edge, the woman documented herself going to the store, buying a $14 lobster tail with her EBT card, and then feeding it to her dog.

“This is my Coach keychains,” she says as she pulls a set of keys out of her purse. “These three keychains here, they cost more than those minimum wage people’s f***ing car payment.”

Laughing, she adds, “Well actually, most of them don’t even have f***ing cars, they’re using f***ing public transportation!”

The woman then mentions that she’s on social security for depression.

“I’m on social security for depression,” she says. “Depression is a disability. So if you’re too depressed to work full-time, apply for social security.”

Concluding the video, she says, “So, this is what the minimum wage people will pay for is for me to give lobster to my f***ing dog and make a YouTube video about it mocking them.” [Source: The Blaze]

Shockingly, the woman smiles and laughs as she essentially spits in the face of everyday Americans. Bragging how it would take the cashier who cashed her out an hour and a half to earn the money to pay for that lobster tail, she went on to show off other luxuries she can afford, seeing as she has extra money from the government.

In all, she showed three Coach (the luxury purse company) key chains that she had in her possession that could range anywhere between $50 to $150 a piece. As if that wasn’t bad enough, she also whipped out not one but two smartphones – but there was a catch with this one.

Come to find out, she paid for one herself while the other one was given to her by the government – an Obamaphone. Sadly, pointing out the unnecessary phone wasn’t enough for this woman. In fact, she then went on to mock the same cashier for having a simple flip phone as that was all they were able to afford, even though they work for a living and she doesn’t.

This video is disgusting on so many levels, but it really goes to show just how bad the welfare state has become under Democrat reign. This is, without a doubt, the direct result of former President Barack Obama and his policies. Even worse yet, the left depends on this horrendous amount of unnecessary spending in order to keep the blue constituents coming to the polls as the left essentially buys their votes with freebies. As a result, you get this – freeloaders who are too lazy to work and don’t mind leeching off the government or their hardworking, taxpaying neighbors.

If ever there was proof that the welfare system is in desperate need of reform, this is it. President Donald Trump promised to “Make America Great Again” – and cutting down on the $740 billion spent each year on welfare rats like this one would be a great place to start.
