BREAKING: Obama DOJ Illegally Spied On Trump ‘NO OFFICIAL INTELLIGENCE USED’ To Warrant Spying (VIDEO)

This morning there was a very interesting exchange between Republican Congressman Devin Nunes from California and Fox News’ Maria Bartiromo.

In the interview which aired on Fox News this morning, Nunes, who is chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, actually confirmed to Bartiromo that the Department of Justice had no evidence whatsoever of any wrongdoing against Donald Trump’s campaign when they began the investigation. And because of this, it was immoral, unethical and illegal to start such an action for political reasons.

So this is all starting to make perfect sense now. The Democrat Party had Hillary, the socialist Sanders, and Webb running for President. Since Webb is too sane and grounded to run on a liberal platform, they got rid of him quickly. Then came Sanders who was bought off easily since he is a devout socialist and that’s what socialists do best, they line their pockets.

But the only problem was they were left with Hillary Clinton who no one really wanted or trusted. So because of this the Deep State and Swamp needed to somehow give the illusion that Donald Trump was more crooked than Hillary Clinton and the Democrat Party. So with President Barack Hussein Obama’s help, they decided to try to frame candidate Trump with whatever they could get on him, even a fake Russian dossier which seems like a joke all onto its self.

The Obama Department of Justice never had any intelligence whatsoever that Trump or his campaign had ever worked with the Russians. But they used this fake excuse to start spying and wiretapping him and his family nonetheless. Now keep in mind our government used the information they knew to be fake in order to spy on a private citizen and we need to get to the bottom of this so it never happens again.

More on the Trump Wiretapping via Fox News:

“A new report that former campaign chairman Paul Manafort was wiretapped under secret court order could bolster President Trump’s explosive March claim about surveillance under the previous administration, after months of media mockery.

The CNN report said the surveillance of Manafort continued into early 2017, covering the period before and after the November presidential election. This reportedly covered a stretch when Manafort was known to talk to Trump, though it’s unclear whether Trump’s discussions were ever picked up.

Also unclear is where the wiretapping occurred. Manafort has a residence in Trump Tower, as well as a home in Alexandria, Va.

But the report has forced the media to give a second look at Trump’s widely derided claims this past March that former President Barack Obama had his “wires tapped” at Trump Tower. The hashtag “TrumpVindicated” was taking off on Twitter Tuesday morning.

Andrew Napolitano, Fox News senior judicial analyst, said the latest report is “absolutely consistent” with allegations made by Trump and others. And WikiLeaks’ Julian Assange took a jab at CNN for slamming the president’s surveillance claims earlier this year.

Back in March, the same outlet declared Trump’s claim “baseless” – it was hardly alone in doing so, as PolitiFact also called the statements “false.”

Trump, in a seemingly puzzling tweetstorm at the time, said in March that Obama had his wires tapped before the election.

“I’d bet a good lawyer could make a great case out of the fact that President Obama was tapping my phones in October, just prior to Election!” he wrote, later adding: “This is Nixon/Watergate.”

An Obama spokesman at the time adamantly denied that Obama or any White House official ordered such surveillance.

The latest report does not indicate Obama was involved. It also does not make clear whether Trump himself was tapped or whether Trump Tower was wired, but leaves open the possibility.

“If true, it is a felony to reveal the existence of a FISA warrant, regardless of the fact that no charges ever emerged. The U.S. Department of Justice’s Inspector General should immediately conduct an investigation into these leaks and to examine the motivations behind a previous Administration’s effort to surveil a political opponent. Mr. Manafort requests that the Department of Justice release any intercepts involving him and any non-Americans so interested parties can come to the same conclusion as the DOJ – there is nothing there,” Manafort’s spokesman, Jason Maloni, said Tuesday.

Many questions remain unanswered. The Justice Department itself, in a recent court filing, said the DOJ and FBI did not have evidence of any Trump Tower surveillance during the election.

At the least, the latest report shows a close member of his inner circle was surveilled. The wiretapping was authorized by a secret Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) court after the FBI started to investigate Manafort in 2014, CNN reported. He’s been under scrutiny over his financial dealings and lobbying efforts with pro-Russia and Ukrainian officials but has denied colluding with Russia to influence the election.

The order to monitor Manafort was discontinued in 2016, but investigators obtained another FISA warrant that stretched into early 2017, according to the report.

Some of the intelligence collected during the surveillance reportedly signaled that Manafort may have pushed for Russian officials to help try to get then-candidate Donald Trump elected. However, sources told CNN the evidence was not conclusive.

Manafort, according to the report, was not surveilled during the June 2016 Trump Tower meeting in which Donald Trump Jr., Jared Kushner and Manafort met with Kremlin-linked attorney Natalia Veselnitskaya.

Manafort – who is a key figure in Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russia’s involvement with the election – had his Virginia home raided in July by FBI agents who were looking for financial documents related to the election.

The raid was followed up with a warning to Manafort from Mueller’s prosecutors that they planned to indict him, The New York Times reported.

Manafort, a longtime GOP operative who worked for former Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H. W. Bush, stepped down as the Trump campaign’s chairman in August 2016 amid mounting speculation surrounding his ties to Ukrainian politics.

If the CNN report is confirmed, Manafort would be the second person affiliated with the Trump campaign known to be monitored under a FISA warrant, behind former campaign adviser Carter Page.

Manafort, who registered as a foreign agent this summer, has said his work in Ukraine was not related to the 2016 campaign.”

JUST IN: Trump’s DOJ Just Gave Deep State McCabe Horrifying News

President Trump’s Department of Justice just unleashed the full power of the department on former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe — news that means he’d better have an absolutely amazing team of lawyers ready to defend.

Many pundits spoke about possible criminal charges against McCabe but never thought it would actually happen. Obviously they forgot who’s in charge now…

DailyWire reports:

On Thursday, the Justice Department’s Office of the Inspector General sent a criminal referral for former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe to the United States Attorney’s Office in Washington D.C., according to a report from CNN.

Inspector General Michael E. Horowitz released a report last week on McCabe which stated that McCabe “lacked candor” on four different occasions.

Horowitz’s report also said that McCabe was not authorized to disclose the existence of the FBI’s investigation into the Clinton Foundation because it did not meet the Justice Department’s requirements of being “public interest” because he allegedly leaked the information to “advance his personal interests.”

In March, Attorney General Jeff Sessions fired McCabe, prompting McCabe to state:

This attack on my credibility is one part of a larger effort not just to slander me personally, but to taint the FBI, law enforcement, and intelligence professionals more generally. It is part of this Administration’s ongoing war on the FBI and the efforts of the Special Counsel investigation, which continue to this day. Their persistence in this campaign only highlights the importance of the Special Counsel’s work.

2 Sources: Deputy AG Rosenstein Threatened Nunes if He Kept Investigating DOJ, FBI

On Friday night Fox News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett spoke with conservative pundit Sean Hannity about the release of the controversial House Intelligence FISA memo, and  dropped a massive bombshell concerning Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and actions he took to keep the FISA memo hidden.

Jarrett claimed that a source told him that Rosenstein threatened House Intelligence Comittee members in January if they did not stop their investigation.

Then, on Saturday, Jarrett tweeted out that a second source had confirmed to him that Rosenstein went after Chairman Devin Nunes and other committee members.

“A 2nd source has now confirmed to me that, in a meeting on January 10, Deputy A-G Rosenstein used the power of his office to threaten to subpoena the calls & texts of the Intel Committee to get it to stop it’s investigation of DOJ and FBI,” he tweeted. “Likely an Abuse of Power & Obstruction.”

That’s huge.

These are criminal accusations being alleged against Rosenstein, and although we may not know the sources yet, this is almost certainly not the end of this story.

“It is a crime for a government official to use his office to threaten anyone, including a member of Congress, for exercising a constitutionally protected right,” Jarrett continued in a follow-up tweet. “See 18 USC 242 and other similar abuse of power statutes.”

You can’t go after members of Congress for doing their jobs, even if you don’t like the results.

The Department of Justice and the F.B.I. already have a ridiculous lack of accountability without Rosenstein trying to beat the House Intelligence Committee into submission.

Jarrett continued: “Again, if true, Rosenstein’s action was an illegal abuse of power and he should no longer serve as Deputy Attorney General. He allegedly used threats to try to stop the Intelligence Committee from exposing wrongful behavior in an attempt to cover it up.”

You can see Jarrett’s comment to Hannity from Friday night below. Jarrett speaks after Fox News contributor Sara Carter:

I don’t have to tell you how big this revelation could be. If these reports are true, we could — and should — be seeing the removal of the deputy attorney general of the United States for criminal activity.

This could well be the major headline of the upcoming political season.

Trump Tells DOJ to Shove It – Plans to Release the HPSCI Memo – Panic Ensues

Elder Patriot -Schadenfreude must not come close to the satisfaction Donald Trump is feeling today.  The Republicans on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) are sitting on bombshell evidence that not only didn’t Donald Trump violate any laws but that the Democrats did.

Many, many felonies were committed by many, many Democrats.  And Barack Obama and Congressional Democrats unanimously defended them.  Their arrogance literally knew no bounds.

For Trump, who quickly learned that politics is a no-holds barred, winner-take-all death match, the fact that proof now exists that many of those who committed serious violations of federal law were positioned inside the FBI and the Department of Justice only adds to the sweetness of this moment.

These violations were written into a summary form by the HPSCI that filled four pages and has become known simply as the “memo.”

The memo reportedly chronicles all of the laws that were broken to justify the appointment of Robert Mueller with orders to destroy the Trump Presidency.

Democrats on the HPSCI immediately recognized the potential devastation the memo would reek on their party and moved to block its release.

Rep. Steve King has read the memo.  He didn’t mince any words with his tweet:

The hashtag #alwaysHillary suggests that the memo also contains evidence that the FBI and DOJ were not simply breaking laws to subvert Donald Trump but also broke federal laws to protect Hillary Clinton.

If that’s true, the memo must cite the FBI’s gross mishandling of depositions, evidence collection and destruction, and the granting of immunity like it was handing out candy, that surpassed even the gross negligence standard.

HPSCI Chairman Devin Nunes and House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy were so appalled by the contents of the memo that they have taken steps to make sure the American people see it as soon as possible.

This has the high level officials at the FBI and DOJ who perpetrated this criminal use of their powers in frenzied panic.

Assistant Attorney General Stephen Boyd wrote to Nunes’ committee practically begging him to squash the memo:

“We believe it would be extraordinarily reckless for the Committee to disclose such information publicly without giving the Department and the FBI the opportunity to review the memorandum and to advise the HPSCI of the risk of harm to national security and to ongoing investigations that could come from public release.”

Pardon me while I stop laughing.  Have they no shame?  They know exactly what’s in that memo.  At this point do you have any doubt Adam Schiff, the ranking Democrat on the HPSCI who leaks so badly that he buys Depends by the truckload, hasn’t already told his co-conspirators inside the DOJ everything?

The only harm that could result from releasing the memo would be the daylight being shed on their criminal corruption of our jurisprudence system.  Oh, and that the memo will show Democrats can no longer be trusted.

Once the HPSCI votes to release the memo it passes to the president who can order its immediate release.

Trump has withstood a battering of false charges, leaks, and attacks on his associates and family by persons inside the FBI, the DOJ, and Robert Mueller.  A lesser man would’ve wilted by now.

Now the president has made it known through channels that he wants the memo released.   The President’s desire was relayed to Attorney General Jeff Sessions by Trump’s Chief-of-Staff John Kelly last Wednesday.

A senior administration official speaking on the condition of anonymity said that the president “is inclined to have that [memo] released just because it will shed light.  Apparently all the rumors are that it will shed light, it will help the investigators come to a conclusion.”

Of course that’s the president in Trump speaking.  The street fighter inside Donald Trump is chomping at the bit to publicly bitch slap and shame those who used their authority to illegally corrupt the FBI and DOJ in order to destroy him.

If what we are hearing from members of the HPSCI and President Trump is accurate we might see the committee vote to release the memo as early as tomorrow.

That would provide the president’s speechwriters time to incorporate the contents of the memo into his State of the Union speech on Tuesday.

That would give the memo immediate and maximum exposure.

The sad fact is Trump either purges the DOJ and FBI of its Deep State operatives and Obama holdover loyalists, or they will eventually find a way purge him.

His opponents have been illegally spying on and investigating him for almost two years and are yet to lay a glove on him.  Let’s see how they stand up to similar scrutiny.

Hillary Thinks She Got Away With 1 Massive Scandal, But The DOJ Has A Nasty Surprise For Her

If you’ve been watching the mainstream press froth at the mouth over the nonsense investigation by Special Counsel Robert Mueller, you’re not alone.

Feels a little like you’re in bizarro world, doesn’t it?

An inordinate amount of time, resources, and taxpayer dollars has been devoted to get to the bottom of a big pile of unsubstantiated gossip.

Gee, I wonder why President Donald Trump feels it’s so imperative to drain the swamp so that things can finally get done?

The ridiculous waste of time is incredibly off putting, and those feelings are exacerbated by real live issues that get brushed aside as if they’re insignificant.

For instance, the Uranium One deal has stunk to high heaven ever since it was announced.

Why haven’t lawmakers been inspired to follow the pungent scent?

Answers to that vary, but none of them inspire warm and fuzzy feelings.

Surprisingly, it seems that there’s finally a glimmer of hope that lawmakers will soon have a little more pep in their step in regards to our nation being pilfered of vast quantities of uranium for unclear reasons.

The Independent Journal Review shares the scoop:

The U.S. Department of Justice is reportedly open to appointing a special counsel to investigate the Uranium One deal and alleged wrongdoing by the Clinton Foundation, a potential bombshell development in the unfolding scandal.

In a DOJ letter obtained by Fox News, Assistant Attorney General Stephen Boyd wrote to GOP lawmakers that Attorney General Jeff Sessions “has directed senior federal prosecutors to evaluate certain issues raised in your letters.

While feelings of ‘what took you so long’ are perfectly normal, we’ll instead focus on the positives.

The stench has finally become unbearable for folks at the DoJ.

“The DOJ will reportedly wait for a review to be completed by the inspector general before deciding what ‘additional steps’ may need to be taken regarding the Uranium One case.

Sessions previously admitted his past comments on Clinton would likely put his ‘objectivity’ into question, meaning a special counsel would likely be required if a formal investigation into the controversial Uranium One deal is launched.”

Can we expect something to happen overnight?

Not at all, but this is a big step towards the curtain being lifted.

Hopefully, that’s leading to some sleepless nights for those that insist there’s nothing to see here…

DOJ Confirms Comey Leaked Classified Intel — Former FBI Head Compared To Wikileaks

The Justice Department is comparing former FBI director James Comey’s unauthorized ‘memo leak’ to the New York Times to Wikileaks, says Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton

The Justice Department believes some of the Comey memos contain classified material.

Judicial Watch reports:

Judicial Watch announced today that the Justice Department is now comparing former FBI Director James Comey to WikiLeaks. After Comey was fired by President Trump on May 9, 2017, he gave the New York Times a February 14, 2017, memorandum written about a one-on-one conversation he had with President Trump regarding former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn.

[…]Comey testified under oath before the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence that he authored as many as nine such memos about his one-on-one conversations with President Trump. He also admitted, regarding the “Flynn” memo, “I asked a friend of mine to share the content of the memo with a reporter [for The New York Times] … I asked him to because I thought that might prompt the appointment of a special counsel.” The New York Times published a report about the memo on May 16, 2017.

[…]In its court filing opposing the release, the Justice Department also asserts that some of the Comey memos contain classified material.

The Justice Department is effectively challenging Comey’s testimony, where under oath, the former FBI director claimed he did not leak any classified information (or “government documents”) to the media.

The report contradicts Comey’s testimony to Congress back in June, when the embattled swamp creature told Senator Blunt that his memos about President Trump weren’t ‘government documents.

Below is a transcript of the exchange between Sen. Blunt and Comey where the FBI director appears to have committed perjury:

BLUNT: “You said, after you were dismissed, you gave information to a friend so that friend could get that information into the public media.”

COMEY: “Correct.”

BLUNT: “What kind of information was that? Wasn’t that (ph) — what kind of information did you give to a friend?”

COMEY: “That the — the — the Flynn conversation, that the president asked me to let the — the Flynn — I’m forgetting my exact own words, but the — the conversation in the Oval Office.BLUNT: So you didn’t consider your memo or your sense of that conversation to be a government document? You consider it to be somehow your own personal document that you could share with the media as you wanted to?”

COMEY: “Correct. I…”

BLUNT: “Through a friend?”

COMEY: “… I understood this to be my recollection, recorded, of my conversation with the president. As a private citizen, I felt free to share that. I thought it very important to get it out.”

BLUNT: “So were all of your memos that you’ve recorded on classified or other documents memos that might be yours as a private citizen?”

COMEY: “I’m sorry, I’m not following the question.”

BLUNT: “Well, I think you said you’d used classified — a classified…”

(CROSSTALK)

COMEY: “Not the classified documents. Unclassified — I don’t have any of them anymore. I gave them to the special counsel. But, yeah, my view was that the content of those unclassified — the memorialization of those conversations was my recollection recorded.”

More than half of the memos fired FBI Director James Comey wrote during his private conversations with President Trump have been determined to contain classified information.

In fact, more than half of Comey’s memos on President Trump were labeled “government documents.”

The Hill reports:

More than half of the memos former FBI chief James Comey wrote as personal recollections of his conversations with President Trump about the Russia investigation have been determined to contain classified information, according to interviews with officials familiar with the documents.

[…]Comey insisted in his testimony he believed his personal memos were unclassified, though he hinted one or two documents he created might have been contained classified information.

But when the seven memos Comey wrote regarding his nine conversations with Trump about Russia earlier this year were shown to Congress in recent days, the FBI claimed all were, in fact, deemed to be government documents.

Following the Justice Department’s announcement on Comey’s unauthorized leak, Fitton had this to say: “How can this Justice Department defend its position that memos written for pernicious purposes to target a sitting president with a criminal investigation should remain secret? Mr. Mueller may have an interest in protecting Comey, but the public’s interest demands transparency about Comey’s vendetta against President Trump.”
