Actress Jane Fonda: ‘I Am Proud Of The Resistance Against Trump, I Urge Everyone To Keep On…’ (VIDEO)

Hollywood star Jane Fonda recently stated that she isn’t proud of the US these days, but she is pleased with the individuals who keep on protesting against Donald Trump’s administration.

BBC’s Stephen Sackur asked Fonda on “HARDtalk” about her long lasting political involvement, beginning with her going to North Vietnam back in 1972.

She stated that she doesn’t regret going there, but still there is one moment that she would like to erase from her memory.

“The thing that I regret is that on my last day there, I made the mistake of going to a ceremony at an anti-aircraft gun,” she stated. “It wasn’t being used. There were no airplanes or anything like that. There was a ceremony. I was asked to sing and people were laughing and so forth and I was led, and I sat down.”

“And then I got up and as I walked away, I realized, ‘Oh my gosh. It’s going to look like I am against my own country’s soldiers and siding with the enemy, which is the last thing in the world that was true,” she proceeded.

Sackur then asked her for her opinion about many movie and music stars protesting President Trump and whether she was “proud of America today”

“I don’t know, all I know is, and I say this as a dyed in wool Democrat, the Democratic Party has failed us,”Fonda stated. “Clinton failed us, and in a way the Obama administration have all neglected the very people who voted for Trump, who used to be the base of the Democratic Party.”

“Let me ask you a simple question: are you proud of America today?” Sackur said.

“No, but, I’m proud of the resistance,” she stated. “I’m proud of the people who are turning out in unprecedented numbers and continue over and over and over again to protest what Trump is doing. I’m very proud of them, that core.”

Sackur then asked her what would she do if she was in the same situation like NFL players. Would she protest with kneeling?

“I would take a knee; I would take two knees. I would get on all fours if necessary,” Fonda answered.

Top Hollywood Actress, Realizing She’s in Big Trouble, Tells Liberals to Lay Off Trump

She probably waited a little too long to finally see the light.

Hollywood’s highest paid actress, Jennifer Lawrence, seems to have had a sudden change of heart after months of bashing President Trump and those Americans who voted for him.

In an interview with Vanity Fair, Lawrence urged fellow liberals to lay off Trump and Conservatives in general, noting that venomous liberal rhetoric likely helped Trump get elected:

“The Democrats made a huge mistake by chastising the Trump supporters, and that was disgusting to me. Of course they’re not going to vote for Hillary Clinton; they’re going to vote for Donald Trump. You laughed at them when their plight is very real.”

She acknowledged that trashing Trump was especially risky for her, as a Hollywood A-lister:

“Twenty-five percent of America identifies as liberal and I need more than 25 percent of America to go see my movies. It’s not wise, career-speaking, to talk about politics.”

Yeah, might be a little too late for that one.

Last year, Lawrence made numerous hostile remarks about Trump, Conservatives and Christians. In one particularly notable incident, she suggested that the victims of Hurricane Harvey in Texas “deserved” their suffering for objecting to prevailing “climate change” arguments.

A great many Conservatives are today boycotting Lawrence’s films, which probably had a little something to do with her sudden about-face.

BREAKING News About The Loving Elderly Actress Betty White – So Sad!

Betty White seems to have outlasted the test of time in Hollywood and at 95-years-old is still a viable and beloved star in Tinsel Town. It seems that her humor is the real secret to a happy and successful life, as it served her well. She’s never been the most vocal about politics as she’s been wise enough to keep her presidential preferences to herself throughout the years, as a person in her public position. White has always cut to the chase, making her loved and respected among many. Now, we have some breaking news about this bright star, who at the ripe age of 95 surprised us all.

Perhaps Betty White’s secret to success that other stars should learn from was to be opinionated and witty without being divisive. She certainly mastered that skill throughout her career but recently, something really disturbing has changed. We saw this in full effect when she was recently face-to-face with news anchor Katie Couric who pulled her typical trick of trying to get the start to trash President Trump. Couric quickly realized she wasn’t talking to the typical famous millennial idiot when White came back with an unexpected response to her bait, shocking viewers who thought they knew her. This feisty elderly actress answered with a really sad response to Couric’s nasty, divisive questioning to set her up. What’s even sadder, is what and how the accomplished journalist said to the actress.

Opposing Views reports:

On her 95th birthday, Betty White spoke to Yahoo News’ Katie Couric. In the interview, the pair covered a wide variety of topics. When asked about the current state of our country, White’s comments surprised many (video below).

When the conversation turned to politics, it seemed as though Couric may have been looking for White’s thoughts on President Trump. However, White stayed away from commenting specifically on the new president, and instead offered a positive take on things.

“The world is in a very interesting place right now,” Couric said. “What do you think about the state of our country and how divided it seems to be?”

White responded: “It’s very divided, and we’re not in the best place we’ve ever been. I think that’s the time to buckle down and really work positively as much as you can instead of just saying, ‘This is terrible. He’s terrible.’”

She continued, “Just think, ‘Alright, there’s nothing I can do about that right now but I can do the best in my little circle.’ So if I do that, maybe you’ll do your best and we’ll get through this.”

White says she believes people should start thinking more positively because negativity leads to a “toxic” environment.

“So many people think negatively it’s like, ‘oh, you know what I hate?’ Instead of ‘alright, I’ll get through this,’” the 95-year-old said. “Then all of a sudden you start lifting up a little bit, but if you start with ‘you know what I hate,’ you’re gonna go right down the tubes.”

She added, “You’ve gotta get through it. And you can’t change it, so let’s just one foot in front of another and get through it.”

After an insanely long run on the much-loved sitcom Golden Girls and all these years, she’s outlived her costars since the White wasn’t ready to throw her entire career away, as so many others in Tinsel Town are quick to do to trash Trump. She’s always maintained a non-partial attitude towards every presidency before Trump’s who she admitted was “terrible,” which wasn’t a great thing to say, but she left her opinion at just that one word before making the bigger point of coming together and not complaining.

Considering that White is at a place late in her life that she doesn’t care who thinks what of her and whether they agree with her, she’s got nothing to lose. The same doesn’t go for young stars who are destroying their industry one anti-Trump comment at a time, and don’t realize it or care. The proof is in the statistics below and they can only blame themselves.

“People just haven’t been going to the movies this summer—at least, that’s what the numbers are telling us. According to comScore (via THR), both box office revenue and ticket sales declined this summer, hitting record lows,” Paste Magazine reports. “Revenue is down nearly 16 percent this year, lower than the 14.6 decline in 2014. As the summer of 2017 wraps up, it will end up as the first summer since 2006 to not make $4 billion in the box office. Additionally, ticket sales have reached a 25-year low.”

It’s time for stars to stop abusing their massive platforms for trashing the president and pushing an agenda. White, at her age, should realize that and set a better example for young stars. Instead, she followed their lead and jumped on that bandwagon that’s set to crash and burn their industry to the ground.

Actress Michelle Pfeiffer: “This New Year Is The First Time In 8 Years That I Am Very Happy And Thankful For Our President, Happy New Year and God Bless Him, His Family And Supporters.” Do You Stand With Michelle ?

There was a good decade and a half after Michelle Pfeiffer’s breakout performance in 1983’s Scarface when the actress was on a true Hollywood tear. She earned three Oscar nominations in a four-year span (for Dangerous Liaisons, The Fabulous Baker Boys, and Love Field).

She spread her talents across costume (The Age of Innocence), romance (Frankie and Johnny), fantasy (The Witches of Eastwick), and comedy (Married to the Mob) genres. And in a rare feat for actors, she even managed to receive universal critical acclaim for her interpretation of an iconic character, Catwoman, in Batman Returns.

But not long after that, Pfeiffer dropped off the radar in a self-imposed exile. In a new interview, Oscar-nominated filmmaker Darren Aronofsky—who recently directed Pfeiffer in a mysterious project called Mother!—goes so far as to call the film period sans Pfeiffer a “famine.”

“I’ve never lost my love for acting,” Pfeiffer explains. “I’m a more balanced person, honestly, when I’m working. But I was pretty careful about where I shot, how long I was away, whether or not it worked out with the kids’ schedule. And I got so picky that I was unhireable. And then . . . I don’t know, time just went on . . . I disappeared, yeah.”

While once upon a time stars were advised not to ruffle feathers by expressing political views (or other topics deemed controversial) for fear of hurting their brand, that time has passed.

Things have escalated to: Don’t like me or what I’m saying? Don’t be my fan. Don’t watch my show. Don’t go see my movie.

May we point you in the direction of ELLEN POMPEO‘s feed. The Grey’s Anatomy star didn’t pull any punches when she tweeted to her 1.3 million fans: “News flash… I don’t want Trump supporters for fans. Einstein.”

American actress Ashley Judd has launched a vicious attack on Donald Trump while addressing massed crowds protesting against the new US president. The Kiss The Girls star compared the Republican to Hitler and made sarcastic reference to his widely-mocked debate remarks saying: “I am a nasty woman.”

Judd then launched into a biting speech against Trump and his supporters adding: “I am not as nasty as a man who looks like he bathes in Cheetos dust.”

The 48-year-old Californian was speaking in front of thousands of protesters in Washington DC who turned out to stand up for gender equality, healthcare for women and other issues thought to be threatened under Trump’s presidency.

The Women’s March is thought to have seen about double the turnout of Friday’s inauguration ceremony with similar protests happening in cities around the world including London and even Antarctica.

Comparing Trump to Hitler, she referred to the president’s cabinet picks as “Nazis renamed” and continued: “I am not as nasty as a Confederate flag being tattooed across my city.

She added: “I am nasty like my bloodstains on my bed sheets.
Judd then addressed the contentious issue of the taxation of female hygiene products which has stirred debate across the world.

She said: “We do not actually choose if and when we had our periods. We do not like throwing away our favorite pairs of underpants.

“Why are pads and tampons still taxed when Viagra and Rogaine are not? Is your erection really more than protecting the parts of my womanhood?

“I am a nasty woman,” actress and activist Ashley Judd declared at the Women’s March on Washington Saturday, before delivering a biting poem about President Donald Trump, his Cabinet, and his supporters.“I am not as nasty as a man who looks like he bathes in Cheetos dust,” she said, jabbing at Trump’s looks.Judd, reciting a poem by 19-year-old Nina Donovan, spoke to a crowd estimated at a half a million people who have descended on the nation’s capital to protest Trump on his first full day as president. The Women’s March has seen about double the turnout of Trump’s inauguration ceremony, and similar protests have been organized in cities around the country and the world (even Antarctica).

“I am not as nasty as a Confederate flag being tattooed across my city. … I am not as nasty as a swastika painted on a pride flag,” Judd said, referencing the white nationalist groups that endorsed Trump’s presidency.Judd, a self-proclaimed “loud, vulgar, proud woman,” went to the extreme of comparing Trump to Hitler and referring to his Cabinet picks as “Nazis renamed,” before highlighting the wage inequality between men and women and the luxury taxes imposed on feminine hygiene products.“I am nasty like my bloodstains on my bed sheets,” Judd said. “We do not actually choose if and when we had our periods. We do not like throwing away our favorite pairs of underpants. Why are pads and tampons still taxed when Viagra and Rogaine are not? Is your erection really more than protecting the parts of my womanhood? Is the bloodstain on my jeans more embarrassing than the thinning of your hair?”“I am nasty like Susan, Elizabeth, Eleanor, Amelia, Rosa, Gloria, Condoleezza, Sonia, Malala, Michelle, Hillary!” she concluded. “And our pussies ain’t for grabbing.”

Do You beleive that this nasty woman should be Depotted from our country. give your answer in comments below.

Actress Jane Fonda: “Benghazi Is Fake news, It Literally Never Happened This Dumb Trump Supporters Believes Everything They want.” Do You Think she Is Traitor ?

“It’s a very, very, very, hard thing to do. You don’t get anything out of it, as the person who has been victimized. But it’s important that it come out,” Fonda said of the many women who came forward for these articles, with allegations the Hollywood mega-producer sexually harassed and/or assaulted them over decades.

She cautioned against characterizing Weinstein’s years-long abuse as being “some unique, horrific” case, saying “this goes on all the time.”

It’s this male entitlement – in Hollywood and everywhere, in offices and businesses all over the world. In bars, in restaurants, in stores, women are assaulted, abused, harassed and seen for just being sexual objects, there for a man’s desire instead of as whole human beings.”

Fonda, who sat down with Amanpour while promoting her Netflix movie Our Souls At Night, said she met Harvey Weinstein but “only…when I was old. And Harvey goes for young, because that’s more vulnerable, you know. But it’s very, very common. Bill Cosby, you know, another example of Hollywood.”

Actress Glen Close: ‘Donald Trump Doesn’t Stand For Anything I Believe In, We Must Fight His…’

Indeed, even concealed in her dressing area somewhere down in the basement of Broadway’s Palace Theater, it proved inconceivable for Glenn Close to just forget what was occurring in the outside world.

Donald Trump is on the top of our country and she had to say something about it.

Glenn Close wasn’t satisfied about it:

“He doesn’t stand for anything I believe in,” she stated of Trump, pausing for a minute prior clustering with her customers about the brisk changes that would be expected of her amid her Broadway return in “Nightfall Boulevard.”

“But we’re still here and we could fight to achive something different,” she proceeded.

“We have to show to our children what’s good for our country. Donald Trump is an enemy and they have to fight him.”

“We have that all the time. So I went out and I bought copies of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights and all the amendments for every member of my family. I’m sending it to them.”

“And then I thought, well, no one who hasn’t learned how to read a Constitution can really understand it, including me. So I’m thinking, okay, we’ll find a professor of constitutional law and have them come and talk to us. It’s the beginning of learning what our democracy is based on.”

“I think this is an opportunity for us to really evaluate why we love this country and what has made it endure with the freedoms that we have. We just have to be conversant about that. It’s our democracy that we need to defend, against the insidiousness of rights being slowly taken away. That’s what’s on my mind.”

She is in 8th decade of her life and still trying to spread hatred. I can’t understand her and every celebrity that is trying to do the same. Will you boycott her? I think she truly deserves it for her arrogance.

Actress Diane Lane: “More Than Thousands Of People Died By Trump’s 2nd Amendment Than Terrorist Bloody Attacks In The Whole U.S. Wake Up America I’ts Time To Impeach Him.” Do You Agree Her?

For beginners, the 2nd Amendment is part of the United States Constitution, the Law of this Land. Therefore, contrary to what Ms. Lane has said here, the 2nd Amendment is not, cannot, be the property or possession of President Trump.

Second, the Second Amendment was inserted into the US Constitution by the Founding Fathers of this country, as a measure, a safeguard, to protect the individual citizen from the government’s natural tendency to encroach and invade.

Third, the 2nd Amendment itself cannot have contributed to the killing of people by other people armed with firearms.

The killing of one person of another with a firearm is if the intention is to destroy a human life for the mere sake of doing destruction – an act of murder which every single law in all of our statutes prohibits and seeks to punish with the Death Penalty which is neither cruel nor unusual.

Next, Ms. Lane here fails to demonstrate that there is ample evidence available to those of us who support the validity and usefulness of the Second Amendment. In her conveniently omitting all such evidence in favor of private ownership of firearms, she forfeits all credibility as an intellectually dishonest person.

Moreover, she weakens her own argument in blasting the Second Amendment for her argument in arguing for one side exclusively exposes it as fragile and easy to overcome by defenders of the citizen’s right to bear arms.

Thus, it’s easy to conclude that a beautiful face is no evidence of a sound mind.
