California Democrats Demand Businesses Turn Over Half Of Their Tax Savings From Trump Tax Reform Bill To The State

California democrats propose a new bill that would force local businesses to fork over half their intended tax break through Trump’s new reform.

 California democrats

Liberals controlling California are as greedy and corrupt as it gets and the newest proposal regarding Trump’s tax reform is proof. In order to restore the American economy President Trump changed the country’s tax bill to better provide big business with incentives to stay and build Here in our country. Now California officials are reversing the plan by proposing to take have the incentives away. The result will be the removal of big business from California altogether and California is only hurting itself as usual.

Via:

SF Gate – California lawmakers are targeting the expected windfall that companies in the state would see under the federal tax overhaul with a bill that would require businesses to turn over half to the state.

A proposed Assembly Constitutional Amendment by Assemblymen Kevin McCarty, D-Sacramento, and Phil Ting, D-San Francisco, would create a tax surcharge on California companies making more than $1 million so that half of their federal tax cut would instead go to programs that benefit low-income and middle-class families.

“Trump’s tax reform plan was nothing more than a middle-class tax increase,” Ting said in a statement. “It is unconscionable to force working families to pay the price for tax breaks and loopholes benefiting corporations and wealthy individuals. This bill will help blunt the impact of the federal tax plan on everyday Californians by protecting funding for education, affordable health care, and other core priorities.”

Report: FBI Accidentally Deleted 5 Months of Texts Between Agents Who Made Anti-Trump Comments

The FBI “failed to preserve” text messages between employees who made private comments critical of Donald Trump, The Daily Caller reports.

This information was provided in a letter to Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI), chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee (HSGAC), by the Justice Department.

“The Department wants to bring to your attention that the FBI’s technical system for retaining text messages sent and received on FBI mobile devices failed to preserve text messages for Mr. Strzok and Ms. Page,” wrote Stephen Boyd, the assistant attorney general for legislative affairs at the Justice Department.

Messages from Dec. 14, 2016, to May 17, 2017, could not be preserved, Boyd said, citing “misconfiguration issues related to rollouts, provisioning and software upgrades that conflicted with the FBI’s collection capabilities.”

“The result was that data that should have been automatically collected and retained for long-term storage and retrieval was not collected,” he said.

The FBI employees, Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, had worked on special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation. Strzok was removed from this role after it was revealed that he had criticized Trump, referring to him as an “idiot.”

In a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray, Johnson wrote that the loss of records is “concerning.”

BREAKING: He Betrayed Trump, Now Is Donald Getting Ready To Fire Him?

PEOPLE SEEM TO THINK THAT IF A PRESIDENT APPOINTS SOMEONE TO A POSITION WITHIN THE ADMINISTRATION THAT THEY SHOULD BE KEPT ON FOR THE ENTIRE TERM THAT THE COMMANDER IN CHIEF IS IN OFFICE. THIS IS SOMETHING THAT IS ONE OF THE BIGGER MISCONCEPTIONS OUT THERE.

The fact is, if someone is not doing their job and especially when it comes to matters of national security they need to be booted as soon as possible for the good of the country.

President Trump has enough to deal with when dealing with crazed liberals, but you would think that members of his own administration would back him. Well, evidently that was a wrong assumption as Trump has found out over the past year, as Attorney General Jeff Sessions has refused to do anything about the rampant corruption in the government.

During the presidential campaign, Trump promised that he would go after Hillary Clinton for her dirty deeds over the years.

However, despite the public support, Sessions has refused to go after “major” cases involving former President Barack Obama or 2016 Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton. This refusal to crack down on these corrupt individuals has caused frustration on the conservative side as we watch these criminals walk free.

Not only has Sessions refused to investigate those crimes, but he has also recently balked over the need to appoint a special counsel to investigate the Justice Department after shocking revelations concerning the FBI had come to light.

In a recent statement, Sessions stated that while he’s concerned about recent allegations of bias within the FBI, “sometimes things that might appear to be bad in the press have more innocent explanations, so fairness and justice should also be provided to our personnel.”

Then before that ludicrous statement, Sessions again in November pushed back against the need to appoint a special counsel to investigate the disgusting anti-Trump dossier that was paid for by Hillary Clinton and the DNC that was used as the premise for the ridiculous Russian collusion narrative.

With all of these instances of Sessions seemingly dropping the ball to investigate these crimes, the calls for the attorney general to step down are all growing. One of those people is Fox News contributor and former Republican House Oversight Committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz who has argued that Attorney General Jeff Sessions should step down on a recent appearance on Fox News.

Here is more from Newsmax: Former House Oversight Committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz, Saturday called for Attorney General Jeff Sessions to be removed from office, saying that may be a cure for the “deep systemic problems” in the Department of Justice.

“It pains me to say this a little bit [but] I don’t think the attorney general is up to the job he’s doing,” Chaffetz, now a contributor for Fox News told the “Fox and Friends Saturday” program.

Sessions “had to remove himself from everything” involving President Donald Trump and that led to the appointment of Robert Mueller as special investigator in the investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election, said, Chaffetz.
He also criticized the attorney general for not taking on a more active role in digging up information about several controversial figures at the DOJ, including Agent Peter Strzok, who was removed from the investigation after a series of anti-Trump text messages between him and a fellow agent were discovered.

Chaffetz said that Sessions also had told him that he would not prosecute Bryan Pagliano, Hillary Clinton’s former chief tech staffer, who had refused a Congressional subpoena to testify about the 2016 Democratic nominee’s use of a private email server.

Sessions had also refused to make documents on the Fast and Furious scandal public following the death of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, Chaffetz said.

So, why would Sessions be balking at investigating crimes in our country? The only logical explanation that one can come up with is that he is just another member of the swamp that is protecting his own, and the evidence to support that theory is massive.

Greg Jarret Just Made a Revelation About FBI at CPAC That Has Bob Mueller Hanging His Head in Shame

Kirsters Baish| Fox News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett has been arguing over the last week about Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, top Department of Justice officials, and former FBI Director James Comey for the fact that they should be prosecuted and held responsible for their crimes and for fraud in during one former Donald Trump campaign official. Their ridiculous accusations are now the example of how Trump supporters are trying to undermine special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe into President Trump’s alleged “Russian ties.”

The way they have done this is by claiming that the Department of Justice has been compromised by corruption and biased anti-Trump bans. The accusations were made by Jarrett while he was speaking to Sean Hannity during the Conservative Political Action Conference on Wednesday. A lot of pro-Trump Americans have stated that the Justice Department and FBI officials utilized the falsified Trump dossier in the wrong way and obtained permission from a court to surveil former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page back during the 2016 presidential election.

Subject Politics reported that all of the enemies of President Trump who are looking for special counsel Robert Mueller to take him down are going to be gravely disappointed. Sean Hannity went on stage during the CPAC on Wednesday and got right to the point when it came to the whole Russia situation.

If you weren’t aware, CPAC is the yearly convention for conservatives that is called the Conservative Political Action Conference.

Fox News legal analyst Gregg Jarret has been openly against the investigation into President Trump since the start. He was ready to state his case to the audience at CPAC. He responded to a question about who on Robert Mueller’s special counsel team could be in legal trouble and told Sean Hannity, “Well, I think James Comey, who signed off on it, Rod Rosenstein, who signed off on it, [former FBI Deputy Director] Andrew McCabe signed off on it, [former acting Attorney General] Sally Yates as well.”

He continued, “Using a fake document as an officer of the court to convince a judge to spy on an American citizen is six different crimes: abuse of power, false and misleading statements, it’s perjury, it’s major fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud, and obstruction of justice. Those are the crimes and people need to be prosecuted.”

The left was clearly unhappy when Jarret came forward with his opinion. They started to accuse him of anything they could think of. None of us know what is going to happen in this investigation, but we do know that it will be ending very soon. With all of the evidence that is going public everyone should be realizing that Trump isn’t the one who should be scared.

As Jarret explained, the investigators might be the one who see themselves at the center of a very serious investigation.

Mueller’s Investigation Connection to Hillary Clinton Now Discovered

According to a Wall Street Journal report released, FBI Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s top deputy Andrew Weissmann attended former 2016 Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s election night party in New York City, which, as you can imagine, only leads to concerns that perhaps Team Mueller has an anti-Trump bias.

What’s more is that this isn’t the first instance of Weissmann’s possible anti-Trump bias, as conservative watchdog Judicial Watch exposed him when it published an email exchange between Weissmann and then-acting Attorney General Sally Yates’ showing Weissmann’s pleasure regarding Yates’s decision not to enforce Trump’s travel ban in January.

“I am so proud. And in awe. Thank you so much. All my deepest respects,” Weissmann wrote Yates in an email obtained by Judicial Watch in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit.

Additionally, election filings reveal that Weissmann has donated several thousand dollars to the Democratic Party over the years, including a donation of $2,350 to the Obama Victory Fund in 2008, as well as $2,000 to the DNC in 2006.

On Saturday, former White House Press Secretary Ari Fleischer, who served under former President George W. Bush, tweeted a suggestion that perhaps Weissmann should be “disqualified” from the investigation into President Trump’s campaign due to his public support for Clinton.

I tell you, this doesn’t appear to bode well for Team Mueller, especially considering the scrutiny over Mueller’s firing of FBI counterintelligence investigator Peter Strzok over anti-Trump text messages he exchanged with an FBI attorney he reportedly had an affair with.

Furthermore, two investigators on Mueller’s team are also said to have done past legal work for people tied to Clinton, which just adds even more fuel to the fire.

Yes, Aaron Zebley, former chief-of-staff under Mueller as director, represented Justin Cooper, the Clinton aide responsible for destroying Hillary Clinton’s email server. And Jeannie Rhee, another lawyer handpicked by Mueller to serve on the investigation, represented the Clinton Foundation, Hillary Clinton herself, and former Obama Deputy National Security Adviser Ben Rhodes.

Billy Graham’s Facebook Page Posted A Chilling Message Just Hours Before His Death

Billy Graham just passed away at the ripe age of 99. He was an extraordinarily influential and well-loved evangelist pastor from North Carolina who changed lives and the hearts of millions of people. His attitude, kindness, and ability to deliver a driving message into the minds and hearts of those willing to listen were left with nothing less than a fantastic experience that continued to grow positively in the communities he traveled to.

Not only was he well liked by the ordinary person, but he was also charismatic and thoughtful enough to be considered the counselor or minister to numerous United States Presidents. He’s traveled the world, visiting 185 countries, and pursued his dream of spreading the right word to millions of people across the planet. He’s been quoted and idolized by so many people that only an estimate would be right to guess the numbers of hearts he’s touched with his words.

He finally passed away at 99-years-old and went to meet his maker, leaving a world left in pieces but slowly rebuilding with a greater sense of love, trust, and finding our way. Billy Graham leaves us as one of the most influential evangelist pastors the world might ever see. We don’t get that many great ones, but when we do, they set the bar incredibly high.

NBC News reported more on his passing:

“Graham died just before 8 a.m. at his home in Montreat, North Carolina, surrounded by family, according to a spokesman for Samaritan’s Purse, the nondenominational evangelical Christian organization headed by Graham’s son Franklin.

His following was undeniable: The longtime evangelist appeared on Gallup’s list of the most admired men and women 60 times since 1955 — every year the research company asked the question.

Born William Franklin Graham on Nov. 7, 1918, “America’s pastor” came from modest means and grew up on a dairy farm in Charlotte, North Carolina. He found his spiritual path at 16, charmed by the traveling minister and temperance movement leader Mordecai Ham. Graham later moved to Florida and was ordained there in 1939.

He met his future wife, Ruth McCue Bell, while they attended Wheaton College, and they married in 1943. Together they would raise five children, and she would become a trusted adviser.

“When it comes to spiritual things, my wife has had the greatest influence on my ministry,” Graham said of Bell, who died in June 2007.”

If you thought that was the last you’d see or hear from Pastor Graham, then you’d be inevitably mistaken. There was a bone-chilling message posted on his Facebook page just hours before he passed away. Graham’s final Facebook post leaves the world thinking deep within themselves for the truth. Billy Graham’s message forces us to be accountable for our actions and find our way to deal with what’s going on in our lives. Thousands of people on Facebook have liked and shared his last message for the world.

It was posted:

“If you went for a walk in the woods, but then decided to wander off the path, and found yourself surrounded by a thicket of thorns and poison ivy, who would you blame? Would you blame the person who built the path? No, of course not. Instead you’d blame yourself if you were honest, because you alone were responsible for wandering from the path.

In a far deeper way, this is what happens when we decide to leave God out of our lives. For a time, it may seem like wandering away from Him doesn’t make any difference; it may even seem easier and freer. But eventually it catches up with us—just as wandering off that path and into the thicket caught up with you.” —Billy Graham #BG100″

While Graham was a man of God, and his message was meant for everyone despite political ideologies, perhaps Democrats should take note, as they are the ones who want to take all thing God out of the public sphere. Which may be the reason we are encountering so many problems in our society, the recent Florida school shooting and the division it is causing as just one example.

People will interpret Graham’s message in more ways than one, finding their own meaning in his last words to the world via social media. Some people won’t listen, and perhaps they’re the people going down that path and into the thicket with the poison ivy. Some people will eliminate the poison ivy and clear a new path. Some will avoid it altogether. But there’s one thing we know for sure, and it’s this – Billy Graham left us with the one message that will make everyone think long and hard about the direction they’re walking.

What path will you take?

Gov. Rick Scott Pushes Firearm Confiscation Orders, Opposes Arming Teachers for School Safety

Gov. Rick Scott (R) is pushing firearm confiscation orders and stands opposed to the suggestion that teachers should be armed for school safety.

CNN reports that Scott is pushing a “Violent Threat Restraining Order,” which are similar to California’s Gun Violence Restraining Orders in that they a designed to secure court orders to confiscate firearms following a family member’s complaint.

It is difficult to see how such orders–designed to be triggered by family requests–would have been effective against Nikolas Cruz. After all, the family with which he was staying repeatedly called the police on him in November 2017 but refused to file charges when sheriff’s deputies arrived. A member of the family with which Cruz was staying explained away Cruz’s erratic behavior by saying he “had been suffering significantly from the loss of his mother” earlier in the month.

Scott is also pushing a bump stock ban, “tougher background checks,” more stringent rules against the mentally ill, and a ban on purchasing or possessing firearms by anyone “subject to an injunction for protection against stalking, cyberstalking, dating violence, repeat violence, sexual violence, or domestic violence.

In other words, gun control, gun control, gun control.

And in the wake of the heinous school shooting in which students and unarmed, defenseless teachers were killed, Scott stands opposed to arming teachers for defense of themselves and their students. He said, “I think you need to have individuals that are trained, well-trained. My focus is let law enforcement do the keeping us safe and let teachers focus on teaching.”

Scott said this even though the law enforcement officer present on campus during the attack failed to confront Cruz. On February 22 ABC 13 reported that Broward County sheriff’s deputy Scott Peterson was on campus outside building 12 during the attack, but “never went in” after Cruz. Peterson resigned from sheriff’s office after his lack of action was uncovered.

Rap Star T.I.: ‘It’s Easy for Government to Enslave People when They Don’t Have the Right to Bear Arms’

Rapper-actor T.I. may have slightly more felonies than Grammy Awards, but the reality TV star says the only thing standing between free Americans and government enslavement is the Second Amendment.

Asked by TMZ what side he takes in the now-brewing debate about guns, in the wake of the Parkland, Florida, shooting, T.I. says “It’s a tough one.”

“I think you should probably make it more difficult for people who aren’t mentally stable to have guns, and maybe there should be some,” T.I. — real name Clifford Harris — said, adding, “I just honestly feel like if you lose the right to bear arms as a citizen, then you know what I’m saying, it’s easy to enslave.”

“It’s easy for the government to enslave people when they don’t have the right to bear arms,” the three-time Grammy Award-winner said.

T.I. also said that most of the deadly shootings in recent years have been perpetrated by people who purchase guns legally.

“I think mental stabilization needs to be a big part . . . Just not being a felon isn’t enough. We see that, that isn’t working. People think that the felons that’s causing all the problems, but you know, it seems as though people who have been given a gun license, who bought guns legally… Those are the ones causing all the mass hysteria, so I think that our system’s broken.”

The 37-year-old rapper is certainly no NRA card-carrying conservative, he has referred to President Trump as a “fucking tangerine tanned muskrat scrotum skin, lacefront possum fur wig wearing, alternative fact, atomic dog diarrhea face ass man.”

But the veteran rapper does love his firearms, so much that he’s willing to face jail time for them. T.I. was arrested in 2007 and charged with illegally purchasing firearms as a convicted felon. The guns, T.I. said at the time, were meant to protect himself and his family after his best friend was killed in a shootout.

Report: Four of Sheriff Scott Israel’s Deputies Waited Outside Douglas High During School Shooting

PARKLAND, FL - FEBRUARY 14: Scott Israel, Sheriff of Broward County, (L) and Florida Governor Rick Scott speak to the media as they visit Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School after a shooting at the school killed 17 people on February 14, 2018 in Parkland, Florida. Numerous law enforcement officials continue to investigate the scene. (Photo by Joe Raedle/Getty Images)

A report released Friday claims four of Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel’s deputies waited outside Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School while the attack was occurring.

On February 22 Breitbart News reported that one deputy resigned after it was learned that he was on scene but failed to control Nikolas Cruz. Sheriff Israel told ABC 13 that video shows the deputy, Scott Peterson, “arrive at the west side of Building 12” and “take a position” outside the school — but never go inside. The sheriff’s office moved to suspend Peterson, who resigned before the suspension could take place.

Now CNN reports that the Coral Springs police officers claim three other Broward County deputies were outside the school but failed to go inside as well. They quote “Coral Springs sources” who said the three “deputies had their pistols drawn and were behind their vehicles” when Coral Springs officers arrived. They said “not one of [the deputies] had gone into the school.”

The sources indicate other Broward County deputies arrived on scene, and two of those new arrivals joined with Coral Springs officers and entered the building.

The sources said, “Coral Springs police were stunned and upset that the four original Broward County Sheriff’s deputies who were first on the scene did not appear to join them as they entered the school.”

Coral Springs Police Department public information officer Sgt. Carla Kmiotek would not comment on what Broward County deputies did or did not do. Rather, “The Coral Springs Police Department will speak on behalf of our officers and their response in that incident,” she said. “We will not speak on behalf of Broward Sheriff’s deputies and their response to the incident.”

ALLEN WEST: A message to liberals who call NRA members like me “child murderers”

While the innocent people who lost their lives are still being buried, not even a week after the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting, libs have been working tirelessly to politicize the event and come after our guns.

They are calling any one with a passion for guns “child murders” and attacking members of the NRA.

What is their true intent? Are they pushing for new-world order? That is not for certain..but one thing is. They are after your guns.

Take a look at what Allen West has to say about this:

Via allenbwest:

Yesterday, the hashtag #KillTheNRA started trending on Twitter, inspired by a vandalized billboard in Kentucky bearing the same message. It echoed comments from student survivors of the Parkland High school shooting on CNN over the weekend. When asked for their message to the National Rifle Association their response was “Disband. Dismantle. Don’t you come back here.”

“The fact that [the NRA] was in power for so long just goes to show how much time we need to spend fixing our country,” Parkland student Emily Gonzalez said. When the CNN anchor pointed out the NRA “gives millions of dollars to politicians, Gonzalez replied, “Politicians who accept this blood money are against the children, they’re against the people who are dying.” Fellow student David Hogg added “If you can’t get elected without taking money from child murderers, why are you even running?”

This is an example as to why the left has lost this debate. I am a Patriot Life Member of the NRA and a Board Member, and I’m now castigated as a “child murderer?” Yes, I own two AR-15s and an AR-15 carbine; they’re used for target shooting, blank generic silhouettes. The NRA isn’t some amorphous nondescript organism. The NRA is an organization made up of Americans, men, women, and young people. This type of over the top rhetoric does nothing to win folks over, nor does it advance any viable solutions.

I find it interesting that probably this same student has never spoken in the same terms regarding Planned Parenthood. That organization exists to murder unborn children.

Mr. Graham does a very adept job in responding to such absurd assertions, “To recap: the NRA is a group of “child murderers” who hand out “blood money” to desperate politicians to buy their support for the Second Amendment and, therefore, it should be “killed.”

Have I got that right? I’m double-checking because, as a regular, gun-owning-but-it’s-no big-deal, supports-the-Second-Amendment-but-isn’t-an-NRA-member guy–that sounds nuts. Let’s start with a basic fact about the NRA that seems to have been lost: The “A” is for “Association.” As in “freedom of association?” Or “assembly” as it’s called in the First Amendment. Some 5 million Americans choose to pay dues and “associate” with other like-minded people who share their views on gun ownership. The money talk makes it sound like the NRA is a trade industry group like the Association of Auto Manufacturers or the American Federation of Teachers, who represent the financial interests of their members. (The gun industry has one of those, too: The National Shooting Sports Foundation.) This distinction doesn’t make the NRA good or bad, but it’s simply wrong to look at them the way we look at, say, the National Beer Wholesalers Association when it comes to the issue of DUI laws. The NRA isn’t the beer sellers. It’s the beer drinkers.”

I would love to ask the student, Emily Gonzalez, if she has any issue with Associations like the National Educators Association (NEA) and the American Federation of Teachers (AFT) who both stand ardently against policies such as school choice, school vouchers, and charter schools? Shouldn’t Ms. Gonzalez want to see the best educational opportunities for all young people, all students?

Maybe Ms. Gonzalez should go over to Weston Florida and talk to some of those Venezuelan expats and ask them how well disarming the population– a Hugo Chavez initiative — has worked out in their home country?

I applaud student engagement and involvement, but I do not appreciate student abuse. What I see happening is the left is using and abusing these students at a very emotional time. They’re being taken advantage of, to include being given scripted questions, and paraded on liberal progressive media outlets for the expressed intent of advancing an ideological agenda. The sad reality, and why the debate is being lost by the left, is that their true colors are shining through. The fact that NRA Spokesperson Dana Loesch needed a security detail to depart the CNN Townhall is disturbing…in essence she was verbally assaulted. And who knows, there are some who would have physically assaulted Ms. Loesch if not for her security detail. And why was that detail necessary? I thought the purpose of the CNN town hall was to discuss solutions, not to advance hatred.

#killtheNRA means killing law-abiding, legal gun owners, Americans, who, as per our Constitution, do have a Second Amendment right, as enshrined in our Bill of Rights…or as I wrote at CNSNews.com, maybe the left doesn’t believe we have that right. Yes, we can tighten up weapons acquiring procedures, but a law-abiding person has no issue with background checks. When are we going to focus on those who aren’t law abiding, instead of wanting to disarm and kill the law-abiding ones, which is what that hashtag means.

I wonder if Emily Gonzalez takes any issue with a violent group such as Antifa, a leftist group that physically assaults people with whom they disagree. I guess this is in essence what the left wants, subjugation. If we cannot, or do not have the right to defend ourselves, then what is the end result? The point that Emily Gonzalez, bless her heart, fails to realize is that we all want to serve, protect, and defend our schools, our children. And there are ways in which that can be done, but the left has lost this debate because what they want is obedience, by any means necessary.

I am certainly no child murderer…but Margaret Sanger was, and her legacy lives on. I suppose Ms. Emily Gonzalez is not as emotional about that, which happens every day in America, by the hundreds.
