Try a 3-Minute Workout That Targets the Upper and Lower Abs

Short on time but have big ab goals? You can fit this quick session into any part of your day, and you don’t even need equipment. Try these three moves for one minute each to work the lower abs and that six-pack area; you’ll be burning up, toning, and even giving your booty some love, too.

Single-Leg Bridge

-Lay on your back, and place your hands on the floor for stability as you bend one leg and lift the other leg off the ground.
-Pressing your heel into the floor, lift your pelvis up, keeping your body in a stiff bridge position.
-Slowly lower your body to the floor and repeat for 30 seconds on each side

Good Morning

-Stand with your feet hip-width apart and place your hands on your hips (or at the back of your head) with your elbows opened wide.
-Pull your abs to your spine and keep your back neutral while pressing your butt backward, hinging at the hips, until your back is almost parallel to the floor.
-Keep a slight bend in your knees as you hinge forward.
-Return to standing, squeezing your glutes when you are upright to reset. This completes one rep.
-Repeat as many times as you can for 60 seconds.

Arm Circle Planks

-In a plank position, reach your left arm back and then circle it overhead, bringing your palm back to the floor; repeat on the other side. This counts as one rep.
-Repeat for one minute, keeping the core stable and the belly button pulled up toward the spine.
-The wider your feet are, the more stable you will be. Do not let your pelvis drift toward the ceiling.


A 5 – Minute Ab Workout For Busy Mornings

Dedicate a handful of minutes a day to getting stronger and more defined abs. Perform each of the following exercises for one minute each. If you have 10 or 15 to spare for your future six-pack, then repeat this sequence two or three times.

Start in a traditional push-up starting position — shoulders over hands and weight on just your toes. Bring your right foot forward, bending the knee and putting weight on the ball of your foot. Switch legs, bringing the left knee forward while moving the right leg back. It feels a little like running in place in a plank position.For an advanced variation to work your abs more, keep the ball of your foot off the floor as you bring the knee in toward your chest. Quickly move through this exercise for as long as possible without taking a break — at least 30 seconds! Take a quick breather if need be, but pick up again until one minute is up.

Number 2: Plank With Side Step

Start on the floor, resting on your forearms and knees, and come up into a plank position. Contract your abs to prevent your booty from sticking up or sinking. Your spine should be parallel to the floor, your abs pulling toward the ceiling, and your feet should be close to hip-distance apart. Once you’re in a strong elbow plank, step your left foot outward (about eight to 10 inches), keeping your core engaged and strong. Step your left foot back to the starting position. Now, step your right foot outward before coming back to center. This counts as one rep. Complete as many reps as possible for one minute.

Number 3: Bicycle Crunches

Lie flat on the floor with your lower back pressed to the ground (pull your abs down to also target your deep abs). Put your hands behind your head. Bring your knees in toward your chest, and lift your shoulder blades off the ground, but be sure not to pull on your neck. Straighten your left leg out to about a 45-degree angle to the ground while turning your upper body to the left, bringing your left elbow toward the right knee. Make sure your rib cage is moving and not just your elbows. Now switch sides and do the same motion on the other side to complete one rep (and to create the “pedaling” motion). Perform exercise for one minute.Number 4: Elbow Plank With Twist

Come into a side plank on your right side, with your feet stacked one on top of the other and your weight on your right elbow with your fingers reaching away from your body. Place your left arm behind your head, and inhale to prepare. Exhale and pull your navel to your spine to engage your deep abs, and rotate your left rib cage toward the floor. Stay there for a second, and deepen your abdominal connection, pulling your navel in toward your spine even more. Return to starting position, repeat for 30 seconds, and then switch sides. Repeat series again until a minute is up.

Number 5: Tabletop Lift

Start in a tabletop position. Your hands should be directly underneath your shoulders and your ankles underneath your knees. On an exhale, lower your hips and straighten your legs so your hips are hovering above the floor. As you lower your hips and straighten your legs, your heels will rest on the ground. Flex your toes up toward the ceiling in order to engage your legs. Hold for a complete breath, then inhale and push yourself back into first tabletop position. This counts as one rep. Perform as many reps as possible, pivoting on your hands and heels, until one minute is up.

Stand up, your feet hip-width apart. Slightly bend your knees while placing your arms aside. Lift your arms above your head lunging forward with the left leg. Push off your left leg to return. Alternate legs. Switching sides, do 16 repetitions of the lunge.

The hands-up hop

stand up, your feet hip-width apart; bend your knees slightly. Put your hands on your hips. Raise your right knee stepping forward with the left foot. Stretch your arms above your head hopping straight up on your left leg. Hands on your feet, land with your feet together. Switching sides, do 20 repetitions of the exercise.

The squat jump

this exercise may cause a little burning. Stand up, your feet shoulder-width apart. Bend your knees slightly placing your hands sideways. Raise your arms above your head then Follow by jumping straight up. Bringing your hands down, land in a squat. Do 12 repetitions.

bending your left leg, put your arms above your head in a lunge position. Jump straight up switching legs in mid-air so that you land in a lunge with your right leg in front. Do 12 repetitions for wash side.

Mass Building Workout - 7 Exercises For an Explosive Chest

The easiest way to gain mass and encourage muscle growth it to focus on and target the big muscles in your body. Your pectoral muscles are the large muscle group in your chest. Many exercises that target them also build up secondary muscles in your triceps and shoulders.

For these reasons your chest or pectoral muscles are a great place to workout when trying to gain muscle mass. I’d like to share with you 7 exercises that you should incorporate into your routine which are great for building up your chest muscles.

1) Dumbbell Flyes

Lie down on a flat bench and place a dumbbell in each hand. Rest the dumbbells on your thighs and keep your palms facing each other. Raise your arms one at a time until they are point straight up with your elbows slightly bent and the weights parallel to each other and your body. That is your starting position.

Lower your arm in a wide arch until you feel a stretch in your chest. All the movement should be coming from your chest, do not move or bend your arms. Follow the same path back up and squeeze your chest when you get to the top.

2) Bench Press

Lie down on a flat bench with a barbell rack. Line up in the center of the bench and take a grip shoulder length apart. Make sure your hands are evenly spaced. Push the bar up and out of the rack and bring it in line with your mid-chest. Slowly lower the bar until it touches your chest and then push it back up for one rep.

You can lift a lot of weight with this exercise, just make sure to stay safe and have a spotter behind you.

3) Push Ups

Classic exercise you can do in the comfort of your own home. Lie on your stomach with your hands shoulder with apart, palms on the ground. Push up keeping your back and legs straight, no sagging in the middle! Up and down is one rep. Alter the distance and angle between your hands to work different parts of your pectorals.

4) Pec Deck Butterflys

Sit down at the Pec Deck machine. Position your chair so that your arms are in a slightly bent L shape when you grab the handles. Bring both arms together and squeeze in the middle. Then return to starting position.

5) Pull Overs

Great exercise to extend the rib cage. Lie perpendicular to a flat bench. Only your shoulders should be on the bench, feet are flat on the floor. Use both your hands to hold one dumbbell. Arms should be bent at the elbow and weight should be directly in front of your face. Extend your hands backwards and down, then pull back up for one complete rep.

6) Dips

This is an excellent compound movement that works your chest and arms. Find a set of dip bars and position yourself on them. Keep your knees bent, legs crossed at the ankles and lean slightly forward. Lower yourself down, then lift back up slowly for one rep.

7) Cable Crossovers

Find a pulley machine which has one pulley on each side. Move each pulley into the ‘high’ position. Reach out and grab each handle. Stand up straight with your arms out like the letter T. Lean forward at your hip, keeping your back straight. This is the starting position. Then bring your arms together and down, squeezing your chest at the bottom when they connect. Slowly return to the start for one rep.

President Donald Trump just made a shocking announcement, declaring war on Barack Obama’s deep state. Attorney General Jeff Sessions must now obey one order or go. Things are about to get very messy in Washington, D.C.

Millions of American patriots are cheering after Trump recently blasted the deep state for conducting illegal spying operations on his presidential campaign under the Obama administration. In a sudden move that so many of us have been waiting for, Trump announced that he will officially order Attorney General Jeff Sessions to fully investigate the FBI’s and DOJ’s political surveillance of his campaign.

“I hereby demand, and will do so officially tomorrow, that the Department of Justice look into whether or not the FBI/DOJ infiltrated or surveilled the Trump Campaign for Political Purposes – and if any such demands or requests were made by people within the Obama Administration!” Trump wrote, according to Daily Caller.

Finally, Trump has taken the one step for which many of his supporters have been waiting. For more than a year, the President has been patient while the deep state continued its sham Russian collusion investigation under their operative Special Counsel Robert Mueller and a team of Trump-hating Democrat lawyers.

Mueller was only allowed to run amock and aim his unchecked power at any political enemy after Attorney General Jeff Sessions recused himself on Thursday, March 2, 2017, just weeks after Trump’s inauguration. Anyone who doesn’t realize Sessions is the lynchpin to the deep state’s operation is a fool.

Numerous federal lawmakers have called for Mueller to bring his investigation to end after a year of investigating with nothing to show for it besides a screwy court case against a Russian corporation named Concord Management and Consulting LLC, that recently humiliated Mueller’s legal team in court.

According to The Hill, Mueller has still failed to hand over two terabytes of evidence his team claims to have possession of to the court, and that data is said to be composed mostly of Facebook profiles in Russian. The defense attorney for the company, Eric Dubelier, complained to the court that Mueller’s team has likely not translated the data into English, leaving many to believe that Mueller is resorting to sloppy litigation tactics to cover his butt.

In addition to Mueller’s most recent humiliating court episode, numerous reports have surfaced of a spy monitoring the Trump campaign in 2016 before the FBI opened an official investigation. Disturbing reports were published by The New York Times and The Washington Post on Friday, May 18, 2018, which provided details of a top-secret CIA and FBI source who was employed to spy on two Trump campaign advisers and reportedly initiated contact with a third.

The reports did not directly identify Cambridge University professor Stefan Halper for fears of threats to his physical well being, but investigative reports from the Daily Caller News Foundation and other news sources matched the description of the top-secret spy with him.

Halper had made contact with Trump advisers George Papadopoulos, Carter Page, and Sam Clovis during the 2016 campaign. As the reports broke, Trump lit up Twitter with a furious tweet in response to the shocking news.

“If the FBI or DOJ was infiltrating a campaign for the benefit of another campaign, that is a really big deal. Only the release or review of documents that the House Intelligence Committee (also, Senate Judiciary) is asking for can give the conclusive answers. Drain the Swamp!” Trump wrote.

On Sunday, May 20, 2018, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes supported the President during an interview with Fox News‘ Sunday Morning Futures host Maria Bartiromo. “If they ran a spy ring or an informant ring and they were paying people within the Trump campaign if any of that is true, that is an absolute red line,” Nunes said.

“There is not an honest person in this country who can believe that taxpayer dollars, going to fund this ring and operate like this, like what’s said in The New York Times I would think had quite a bit of detail on it. If any of that is true, that’s a red line in this country. You can’t do this to political campaigns,” Nunes continued.

In my opinion, a showdown with Obama’s deep state is long overdue. Trump’s new order for the Department of Justice isn’t going to be optional. Sessions can either comply or step down as attorney general. Under Obama, the FBI and CIA were operating like rogue arms of the government for the benefit of one political party. This must never happen again in our country.

Michelle Obama is known for being just as liberal and just as progressive as her husband. There were even rumors she might run for president one day, but even she shot those allegations down quickly. However, that has never stopped her from making comments to the media, ones that are inappropriate. At a recent event, she made remarks about politicians within the Republican Party that were just disgusting, ignorant, and uneducated.

The Patriot Journal reported,

“Those of us who have been paying attention know that Democrats say one thing, and do another. For years we’ve had to put up with their arrogant virtue signaling. They think they get a badge for pretending to care about ending discrimination, racism, and inequality.

Yet time and again, they are the ones that display the worst kind of discrimination and racial hate. They claim that everyone is equal, that everyone deserves the same respect. But when push comes to shove, they reveal their true colors. We discovered this recently when former First Lady Michelle Obama went on a hateful rant. From The Resurgent: In what may be one of her most bizarre takes yet, the former First Lady was speaking at a women’s conference in Pennsylvania when this happened:

“She said the color and gender dichotomy in Congress was particularly noticeable when she attended State of the Union addresses.  “On one side of the room, it’s literally gray and white. Literally, that’s the color palette on one side of the room,” Obama said. “On the other side of the room, there are yellows and blues and whites and greens. Physically, there’s a difference in color, in the tone. Because one side: all men, all white. On the other side: some women, some people of color.” She said she would see that and think “no wonder people don’t trust politics.

Yes, she just said that people don’t trust politics because Republicans are just old, white men. But precisely what does age have to do with trust? What does race have to do with trust? There is no way to characterize these remarks fairly without acknowledging she is disparaging people intentionally on the basis of age and race. That’s textbook ageism. It’s textbook racism.

Identity politics is not the sign of someone with grace. And for anyone still hyperventilating over her DNC speech, disparaging people you disagree with politically because of their age and race is the exact opposite of “going high.” Can someone please explain this to me? How can someone who claims to care about equality attack someone over their race and age? Is Michelle Obama that racist that she can’t believe old white people can be good leaders?

She thinks she can pander to young people and people of color by throwing out those bogus statements. But it reveals her real feelings about millions of Americans. It used to be thought that with age comes wisdom and experience. But in Michelle’s tiny mind, old people are useless and offer nothing to our society. We used to be taught that a person’s character was more important than the color of their skin. But Michelle Obama has no problem using identity politics to denigrate and insult people, because of the color of their skin. Pathetic, Michelle. I know you were hardly a great First Lady, but I at least expected better from someone of your stature. And Democrats expect to win over people with this kind of hypocrisy?”

People were not very happy with her when she made those comments. Especially those within the Republican party. In response, the Chairwoman, Ronna Romney McDaniels, of the Republican National Committee slapped back at the former first lady over her comments. She tweeted out the following message,

“It’s unfortunate Michelle Obama would disregard the contributions of conservative women and people of all backgrounds with one sweeping, false accusation,” McDaniel tweeted Thursday.

The Hill reported,

“The RNC chief was reacting to comments Obama made at the Pennsylvania Conference for Women on Tuesday in which the former first lady took shots at Republicans who refused to work with her husband for the duration of his presidency.

“What you can see is this real dichotomy — on one side of the room, it’s a feeling of color,” Obama said Tuesday. “On one side of the room, it’s literally gray and white. Literally, that’s the color palette on one side of the room.” “On the other side of the room, there are yellows and blues and whites and greens. Physically, there’s a difference in color, in the tone. … Because one side: all men, all white. On the other side: some women, some people of color,” she added. Obama doubled down on her comments the next day at a marketing conference in Boston, telling the crowd that women who voted against Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton in the presidential election betrayed their gender. “Any woman who voted against Hillary Clinton voted against their own voice,” Obama said Wednesday.””

A 17-year-old girl was brutally gang-raped by a group of eight men, only to watch as a judge released her attackers on bail. So, when she realized that the justice system wasn’t going to protect her, the devastated victim decided to take gruesome matters into her own hands.

At 99.9 percent Muslim, Morocco is one of the most concentrated Muslim-majority countries on earth. Of course, this translates into all the barbarity of Sharia law, including the inhumane punishments often given to victims and lenient sentences handed down to heinous offenders.

An innocent civilian has been further victimized as a result of the country’s backward religious laws. A 17-year-old girl, who remains unnamed due to the nature of the attack, had placed the last sliver of hope in the Moroccan Sharia court in Ben Guerir, expecting that the Islamic judge would dispense justice. Unfortunately, not only did the council refrain from giving the depraved rapists a proper sentence, they released the 8 men on an insignificant bail.

Ecstatic at their newfound freedom, the men went after the girl again, this time threatening to upload video footage of the gang rape to social media. Traumatized from watching her rapists walk free and devastated at the thought of being publicly shamed, she grabbed a container of flammable liquid and set herself alight in the middle of a public street in the city’s center, the Daily Mail reports. Shocked onlookers desperately attempted to save the girl, putting out the flames and rushing her to a nearby hospital.

The girl suffered such horrific burns to most of her body that she later died from her injuries. Her death has caused outrage among humanitarians and women’s rights activists who are pointing out the flaws in an Islamic governance.

Omar Arbib, a member of a human rights organization in Marrakech, told reporters that the men had made it known that they had recorded the gang rape and planned on posting it online.

Authorities confirmed that 7 of the men are infamous drug traffickers and that the eighth man was arrested after he was caught abusing a little boy 2 months after the others.

The girl most likely took her own life due to a combination of fear that her attackers would come after her again and shame of no longer being a virgin in an Islamic society. Muslim families are such staunch believers in presenting their daughters as pure for marriage that they too often slaughter their own family members in a bid to avenge any disgrace.

Muslims commit 91 percent of honor killings worldwide and many of these are motivated by what they consider sexual sin. If these young women are not killed to restore a perverted sense of family honor, they are sometimes forced to marry their own rapists.

Islamic courts often allow rapists to escape punishment if they decide to marry their victims. This results not only in revictimization of women but also child marriage, as some of the victims are minors. Their fate is typically placed in the hands of the men who abused them.

In other cases, a rape victim may be punished in place of her attacker if she cannot provide sufficient evidence that she was raped. This evidence includes having several male witnesses, as the worth of a woman is half of a man, according to Quran 2:282. The punishment for a woman who is raped but cannot produce witnesses is outlined in other scriptures.

Quran (24:4) – “And those who accuse free women then do not bring four witnesses (to adultery), flog them…”

Quran (24:13) – “Why did they not bring four witnesses of it? But as they have not brought witnesses they are liars before Allah.”

Sharia law, which is religiously required for Muslims to implement and enforce, continues to victimize the innocent while allowing the guilty to escape punishment. This is the same legislation that the left is demanding we allow Muslims in the U.S. to be able to observe. Not only is it an illegal foreign legislature but an inhumane one as well.

A police officer is coming under fire for a brutally honest shirt he was caught wearing while going about his business on his day off. While the start of the statement doesn’t seem like anything “offensive,” it’s the final three words after it that shut thugs up for good and has gone viral because of it.

A police officer’s job has never been more difficult than it is now, thanks to the Black Lives Matter movement that blames cops for a thug’s bad choices, and liberals who defends criminals.

With all of the hate and targeting of law enforcement, police are forced to protect and defend themselves against these cowards, in addition to just trying to do their job, including saving people who hate them.

An unnamed police officer was on his day off from work, but he never fully separated from duty when wearing more casual attire — specifically a blue t-shirt that has garnered a lot of attention.

Putting it plainly how he feels about other people’s opinions of how officers should do their job, the shirt stated that he is a police officer, followed by, “My job is to protect your ASS,” above a picture of a badge with 3 final words below it — “Not kiss it.”

He didn’t need to list all of his daily duties of everything else police officers do for people in the community. The message was simply to address the overwhelming issue that when police officers respond to threats in the way they are trained to do, they are blamed for it.

If the plan with the BLM movement is the get cops to back off so they can freely commit crimes without punishment, that isn’t going to work.

The brave men and women in blue have an important job to do and don’t intend to back down to thugs or their liberal sympathizers, who want law enforcement to be softer on suspects and turn a blind eye to anything that anyone in the black community does.

With the push to disarm law-abiding Americans and the demand for cops to stand down, it’s clear that Democrats want nothing but chaos in this country. But our brave men and women in blue are not going to let that help.

The royal wedding ended in disaster on Saturday when Prince Harry’s bride, American actress Meghan Markle, let something slip during the carriage ride. Now, the Queen is furious — and understandably so — after putting so much time, money, and energy into a wedding that was viewed by millions of people around the world.

The streets of the Berkshire town became a sea of Union Jack and Stars and Stripes flags on Saturday as visitors from around the world crowded around the procession route to catch a glimpse of the happy couple. Fans cheered as Meghan and Harry were brought down Castle Hill, through the crowded town center, and then back to Windsor Castle along the Long Walk, escorted by the Household Cavalry Mounted Regiment.

The newly-announced Duke and Duchess of Sussex smiled and waved to ecstatic crowds, some of whom had camped out for days to be at the front of the throng. After the carriage traveled past, one royal fan, Rachael Carter-Eagleton, said, “[Meghan] looked amazing. She shone like a diamond.”

With the whole world watching, you would think that Meghan Markle would have been on her best behavior. After all, people had come from far and wide and waited hours and hours just to catch a glimpse of her. They expected to see a princess, not some trashy peasant with a potty mouth. Unfortunately, the crowds got the latter.

According to Metro, Meghan may have said something very rude after her big moment. The new royal couple was hit by a wall of noise as they made their way through the town during their 25-minute journey as the new Duke and Duchess of Sussex. But as Meghan and Harry finished their carriage journey around Windsor, she appeared to turn to her husband and say, “F*ck.”

Twitter was sent into a meltdown after Meghan Markle appeared to drop the F-bomb today during her horse-drawn carriage ride through Windsor with Prince Harry.

It’s understandable that Meghan would be overwhelmed after having had to smile and wave for 25 minutes straight as the world watched her royal debut. However, that’s no excuse to start dropping profanities while the cameras are still rolling. Kate Middleton went through the same ordeal, yet she was the picture of class from start to finish. It’s difficult to even imagine Kate doing something this classless.

Apparently, Harry was feeling crass on Saturday, as well. According to lip reader Tina Lannin, when he got into the carriage he said, “I’m ready for a drink now.” It looks like this is a match made in heaven.

Once again, Meghan Markle has humiliated the royal family and demonstrated the overwhelming differences in her “breeding” versus that of a girl like Kate Middleton’s. Technically, Kate was a “commoner,” too, before she married her prince. However, she was brought up with class and dignity.

Meghan, on the other hand, comes from a broken home. Her father now lives in a dilapidated shack in Mexico and appears to survive off of cheap tacos and even cheaper beer. He couldn’t even make it to her wedding because he had a heart attack after it was revealed that he sold doctored photos to the paparazzi for some quick cash.

Indeed, Meghan was not “royal material” from the start, and her language on Saturday has only proven as much for the umpteenth time. She seems like the sort of chick you’d find in a trailer park, not a castle. No wonder the Queen looked so miserable at the ceremony.
