Nationwide Pro-Second Amendment Student Walkout will be Held May 2nd

Stand for the Second

On March 14, 2018, students walked out of their classes demanding more gun control.  Left-wing politicians and the media heaped praise on the kids for using their First Amendment right to protest our Second Amendment right.

Teachers and school administrators refused to discipline the students for the walk out.  They claimed that the lack of discipline wasn’t because the students shared the same anti-gun belief as themselves, they said that they didn’t punish the students because they were just exercising their rights on a topic they believed was important the country.

Many people on the right wondered if the students were pro-life or other issues that were important to the right if the administration would be as understanding.  It looks like we will get to find out.

On May 2, 2018, students from over 200 schools will stage the “Stand for your Second” walkout for 16 minutes in support of the Second Amendment.

Will Riley, a senior at Carlsbad High School in Carlsbad, New Mexico, organized the walkout. The student’s idea is to show that the media have been dishonest about young people’s beliefs.

“The media’s depiction of my generation as anti-Second Amendment is nothing less than lying by omission,” the 18-year-old student told me. “There are two sides to every story, and the mainstream media is trying hard to make sure only one is heard.”

Riley also believes even though that some students might be pro-gun control on their own fruition other were influenced by the well-funded anti-gun groups such as Moms Demand Action and the Brady Center.

“I think that while some students have more developed views that may be pro-gun control,” Riley told Ammoland. “Many of them turned to that solution in the wake of the tragedy at Parkland due to the well-funded presence of Anti-Constitution activists.”

The student activist was also able to pressure his school administration to allow the walkout since they let the anti-gun protest take place at the school.

“The school administration is allowing us to do it,” said Riley. “Since they allowed the anti-constitution walkout. However, there has been resistance in other places.”

Some on the left have attacked Riley and the movement as a whole while claiming that no one can attack David Hogg because he is a student.  KRQE reported that Riley doesn’t hunt or shoot.  This report is a claim that Riley denies.

Riley admits that he isn’t the biggest shooter in the world and that he only occasionally hunts, but he does do both.  What these left-wing media outlets don’t understand is that a person that stands up for our rights even if they don’t practice the rights themselves is still doing noble and just thing.

According to the organizers of the walkout, the list of schools participating is growing every day.  Even though there have been attacks on the legitimacy of the walkout and some resistance the students are undeterred.

By now I’m sure you know that the Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe was forced to resign. As soon as the news broke the press quickly tried to find out if the President was involved. During the afternoon press conference, Sarah Huckabee Sanders firmly stated that the White House had no involvement.

Once the smoke cleared it was reported by the New York Times that Wray’s big reason forforcing McCabe to leave the FBI early (he was eligible to leave in March) was due to an Inspector General report that is going to be released soon; this is a report no one is talking about.

The origin for the Inspector General is not from Republicans, President Trump, Nunes, or any Congressional Committee; it originated from the last days of the Obama administration; at the request of several bipartisan lawmakers.

On January 12, 2017, Michael Horowitz (Obama and Bush appointee) announced that he would conduct a review after requests from Congressional leaders over the actions of the former FBI James Comey going public about the Hillary Clinton email investigation. Remember, at the time the investigation was announced James Comey was be accused by many Democrats that he was to blame for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 loss. Many believe Comey’s October announcement sunk Hillary’s chances to win the presidency.

Michael Horowitz has conducted his review mainly under the radar, but his final report to be released this spring is going to blow the doors off Washington and shed light into some dark places.

According to the DOJ, the report from Michael Horowitz should be available and released in the month of May.

Horowitz has been known as a “straight shooter” and has a storied career of taking down corrupt police officers and eliminating government fraud. He is most known for rebuking the ATF’s “Fast and Furious” operation.

When the announcement was made that an inquiry into the FBI would begin Democrats praised the decision.

Brian Fallon, a former Clinton campaign spokesman, praised the investigation Thursday.
“This is highly encouraging and to be expected given Director Comey’s drastic deviation from Justice Department protocol,” Fallon said. “A probe of this sort, however long it takes to conduct, is utterly necessary in order to take the first step to restore the FBI’s reputation as a non-partisan institution.”

“The review will not substitute the OIG’s judgment for the judgments made by the FBI or the Department regarding the substantive merits of investigative or prosecutive decisions,” Horowitz said in his statement, using an abbreviation for the Office of the Inspector General.

At some point during this inquiry the IG’s office fell upon Agent PeterStrzok, when, and how, who knows, we won’t find out until March or April when the report is released. But, the Washinton Post clearly reports on December 2, 2017:

The inspector general’s office at the Justice Department said that as part of a larger inquiry it was conducting into how the F.B.I. had handled investigations related to the 2016 election, the office was “reviewing allegations involving communications between certain individuals, and will report its findings regarding those allegations promptly upon completion of the review of them.”
The Justice Department’s inspector general is conducting the inquiry into Mr. Strzok, Michael E. Horowitz, who is leading a broad examination of how the F.B.I. handled the Clinton email investigation. It is not clear whether Mr. Horowitz will make the text messages public as part of his report in the inquiry. Mr. Horowitz, who announced the beginning of his investigation in January, declined to characterize his findings but said that he hoped to have a copy of his report released by March or April.

So basically Strzok’s text messages were uncovered by an Obama appointee out of concern that James Comey may have screwed Hillary Clinton.

Now insert Mr. McCabe who was clearly mentioned in some of the text messages between Ms. Page and Mr. Storzck. No information detailing what McCabe has been involved in has been released to the public or Congress. However, FBI Director Wray one week after defending McCabe saying he will walk with McCabe if he is fired tells the man to take a hike. Again, the New York Times reports on January 29, 2018:

Christopher A. Wray, the F.B.I. director raised concerns about a forthcoming inspector general report. In that discussion, according to one former law enforcement official close to Mr. McCabe, Mr. Wray suggested moving Mr. McCabe into another job, which would have been a demotion.
Instead, the former official said, Mr. McCabe chose to leave. In an email to F.B.I. employees, he said he was leaving with “sadness.” He praised his colleagues as “the greatest work force on earth because you speak up, you tell the truth and you do the right thing.”
Agents and lawyers expect the report by the Justice Department’s inspector general, Michael E. Horowitz, to be highly critical of some F.B.I. actions in 2016, when the bureau was investigating both Hillary Clinton’s email use and the Trump campaign’s connections to Russia. The report is expected to address whether Mr. McCabe should have recused himself from the Clinton investigation because of his wife’s failed State Senate campaign, in which she accepted nearly a half-million dollars in contributions from the political organization of Terry McAuliffe, then the governor of Virginia, who is a longtime friend of Mrs. Clinton and her husband, former President Bill Clinton.

There has also been a report from CNN that McCabe may have known about the classified emails on Anothy Weiner’s laptop in August or September 2016 but did not act them. When the emails were “discovered” in October, the FBI Director James Comey felt he needed to go public.

To recap, an Obama appointee in the last days of the Obama administration initiates an investigation looking into the FBI’s handling of the Hillary Clinton email investigation (and investigation praised by the Clinton camp). That investigation has uncovered Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, and as it looks like Andrew McCabe.

Hopefully, the IG’s report will clear up the role and communication of Lisa Page and Peter Strzok. Horowitz is the only one that interviewed them and their team, so he has the complete picture.

The IG’s investigation has been ongoing for a year and is one step ahead of the partisan craziness on The Hill; not even Nunes knows what’s going on. Some proof to that is the latest round of text messages. Republican Congressman and the President were screaming at the top of their lungs for the “missing” text message that supposedly was destroyed. It turns out the IG’s office had them, and they were never missing. The IG’s office is not full of partisan political nonsense and when they went looking for the text messages weeks ago they found them using forensic tools to recover them.

Matter of fact the Inspector Generals office canceled a meeting with Republican lawmakers one day after FISA Memo was released.

The FBI maybe ok with fighting Nunes and the House Intelligence Committee over a memo. But, after seeing how Wray responded to McCabe, it appears the FBI is really concerned about the IG’s report. Don’t believe me? McCabe was forced out, Strzok was put in HR, Ohr has been moved, and Ms. Page moved to a different position; all during the IG’s investigation.

Who will this help politically? Who knows, but at the very least, hopefully, it will bring some nonpartisan clarity.

The reports that you have heard from a former Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) official regarding negative information about Administrator Scott Pruitt is likely false. The official is said to not have his facts straight, according to sources familiar with the EPA’s inside information.

Kevin Chmielewski is the former EPA official who served as deputy chief of staff operations. He likely gave congressional Democrats a list of accusations against Pruitt that supposedly detailed the administrator’s “wasteful spending” and “disregard for ethical and legal requirements.”

But Chmielewski was allegedly removed from his position at EPA for challenging Pruitt, but that hasn’t been confirmed, reports said. Many of his claims have been called into question by two sources familiar with EPA’s inner-workings.

One source said of Chmielewski’s claims that “more than 60 percent is false, the other 40 percent is information he distorted.”

One of the allegations against Pruitt by Chmielewski claimed that “a $30,000 contract with private Italian security personnel entered into by Mr. [Pasquele] Nino Perrotta,” was ahead of Pruitt’s attendance of a G7 summit in Italy.

But two sources familiar with Pruitt’s security said that it never happened. They also added that Perrotta, the special agent in charge of Pruitt’s security detail, would not have had authority to enter into such a contract on his own.

The “special agent in charge has no authority to make purchase agreements or authorize people to make purchases,” one source said. Perrotta would have needed approval from higher-ups in the Office of Criminal Enforcement and Forensic Training, the source said.

Perrotta has become known through intense media scrutiny as Pruitt’s “sheriff,” according to a New York Times article that was published the same day as many of Chmielewski’s accusations.

“Perrotta has clashed — at least once physically — with top EPA officials who challenged Mr. Pruitt’s spending and has steered at least one EPA security contract to a business associate,” current and former officials told NYT.

Of course, if the media and Democrats weren’t so desperate they could have vetted the information and found out for themselves.

Likewise, “at least one security-related contract was awarded to an individual who works at Mr. Perrotta’s private security firm, and he believes that other contracts may also have been awarded to friends or associates of Mr. Perrotta’s,” Chmielewski told Democrats.

Are these allegations regarding Pruitt more “fake news” propagated by the media?

Senator Bernie Sanders along with Senators Kirsten Gillibrand and Cory Booker are unveiling a plan to eliminate unemployment forever! (Drum roll).

EMPLOYMENT FOR ALL! No, I’m dead freaking serious….

The senator is crafting the bill but the Washington Post is reporting that the bill will provide a job and the required training for any American “who wants or needs one.” The Hill reports:

Sanders’ office has yet to release the details of the plan’s funding, but previous large-scale projects proposed by the Vermont progressive have involved ending tax breaks for the wealthiest Americans and large corporations.

The Vermont senator joins two other possible 2020 Democratic contenders, Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) and Sen. Cory Booker (D-N.J.), who have also expressed support for similar proposals in recent weeks.

“The goal is to eliminate working poverty and involuntary unemployment altogether,” Darrick Hamilton, an economist at the New School, told the Post.

“This is an opportunity for something transformative, beyond the tinkering we’ve been doing for the last 40 years, where all the productivity gains have gone to the elite of society.”

Critics of federal jobs proposals say that government intervention to raise wages could lead to private businesses cutting costs in other areas, including hiring less employees. Sanders is a longtime advocate of #FightFor15, the national movement aimed at raising the minimum wage to $15 per hour.

“It completely undercuts a lot of industries and companies,” Brian Riedl of the conservative-leaning Manhattan Institute told the Post. “There will be pressure to introduce a higher wage or certain benefits that the private sector doesn’t offer.”

So here’s my question if we have guaranteed employment what do we do with the people those that refuse to work because they don’t want to? Do we jail them? Are we going to eliminate unemployment contribution altogether since anyone can get a job? Hell, while we are at it who wants a house?

A self-called “Real Indian” who is running against Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren is suing the city of Cambridge who is demanding he takes his signs down. The sign calls Warren a “fake Indian.”

The independent upstart challenger, Shiva Ayyaduai, on Sunday filed a federal lawsuit claiming the city is violating his First Amendment rights. The sign which is on his campaign bus the city is requesting be taken down says “Only A REAL INDIAN Can Defeat the Fake Indian.”

Shiva Ayyaduai

The bus has been parking in a lot owned by Ayyadurai, who faces a daunting task to try and remove the incumbent. Fox News reports:

Earlier this month, the campaign received a notice from Cambridge building inspector Branden Vigneault that the signs lacked the appropriate “approvals and permits,” according to local reports and the Ayyadurai campaign.

Vigneault threatened fines of $300 per day plus additional legal penalties if the signs remain in place, according to Ayyadurai.

“We will not remove the slogan from our bus,” Ayyadurai told The Washington Times. “We will defend the First Amendment, and we will fight this egregious attack on the First Amendment, at any cost.”

Ayyadurai’s campaign reportedly thinks the building code doesn’t apply to the signs because they’re on a bus, not a structure.

Warren has long been accused of saying she is of Native American heritage to help in securing jobs, including one as a Harvard law professor.

Warren has been called on by left-wing groups and Cherokee genealogist to take a test and get the controversy behind her, but Warren refuses.

Warren has become an object of ridicule of President Trump who calls her “Pocahontas.”

The media seems to be once again showing their bias against President Trump. They pounced in Friday’s news cycle on the just-filed Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act lawsuit against the Trump campaign, WikiLeaks, and Russia. But there was almost nothing in the news of last week’s federal court filing that exposes an $84 million money-laundering conspiracy the Democratic National Committee and the Hillary Clinton campaign executed during the 2016 presidential election in violation of federal campaign-finance law.

The latter lawsuit summarizes the DNC-Clinton conspiracy and provides detailed evidence from Federal Election Commission (FEC) filings confirming the complaint’s allegations that Democrats undertook an extensive scheme to violate federal campaign limits.

Dan Backer, a campaign-finance lawyer and attorney-of-record in the lawsuit, discovered there was “extensive evidence in the Democrats’ own FEC reports, when coupled with their own public statements that demonstrated massive straw man contributions papered through the state parties, to the DNC, and then directly to Clinton’s campaign—in clear violation of federal campaign-finance law.”

Backer filed an 86-page complaint with the FEC against Clinton, her campaign and its treasurer, the DNC and its treasurer, and the participating state Democratic committees. The complaint detailed the misconduct and provided concrete evidence supporting the allegations.

In a nutshell, the evidence suggests that Clinton, the DNC, and participating state Democratic committees established the Hillary Victory Fund (HVF) as a joint fundraising committee to accept contributions from large donors, some exceeding $400,000.

FEC records show several large contributions reported as received by the HVF and the same amount on the same day (or occasionally the following day) recorded as received by the DNC from a state Democratic committee, but without the state Democratic committee ever reporting the contribution.

For more than a year, FEC records show some 30 separate occasions when the HVF transferred contributions totaling more than $10 million to the DNC without any corresponding record of the receipt or disbursement from the state parties. They illegally jumped right over the state Democratic parties.

According to Politico, “[w]hile state party officials were made aware that Clinton’s campaign would control the movement of the funds between participating committees, one operative who has relationships with multiple state parties said that some of their officials have complained that they weren’t notified of the transfers into and out of their accounts until after the fact.”

It seems that the Clinton campaign was in total control of the transfer of funds and used the party as a “fundraising clearinghouse.”

Former DNC chairwoman Donna Brazile acknowledged that “[a]s Hillary’s campaign gained momentum, she resolved the party’s debt and put it on a starvation diet. It had become dependent on her campaign for survival, for which she expected to wield control of its operations.”

If you wish to read more click here.

The Supreme Court made evident in the 2014 case, McCutcheon v. FEC, that this exact scenario would violate the law.

Even with this wave of evidence concerning campaign-finance criminality—more than $84 million—the media instead chose on Friday to chase the story of Trump’s $130,000 payment through Cohen to Stormy Daniels.

WATCH: Stormy Lawyer Whines That Fox Won’t Interview Him; Martha MacCallum Puts Him In His Place

Fox News host Martha MacCallum blasted Stormy Daniels’ lawyer, Michael Avenatti, after he claimed Fox wouldn’t interview him.

Over the weekend, Avenatti appeared on CNN to fuel theories that Fox was too afraid to interview him, where he implied that the right-leaning network doesn’t “seem to want me on their shows much.”

During a segment Monday, MacCallum exposed Avenatti for telling what appears to be a bold-faced lie.

She said the producers for her Fox program, “The Story,” scheduled an interview with him for Tuesday, but he canceled.

As reported by The Daily Caller, MacCallum set the record straight:

“That is not actually the case.”

“In fact, Mr. Avenatti was scheduled to appear on this show tomorrow night. But this morning, he abruptly canceled the interview despite his pledge to appear on Fox News this week.”

Watch below:

After MacCallum called him out, Avenatti responded by calling the Fox host “classless.” He also claimed he had to abruptly cancel his Fox interview due to a “commitment with the case.”

Social media user lit up Avenatti for attacking MacCallum, with many claiming he didn’t want to appear on Fox because the Daniels case isn’t panning out quite like he envisioned:

Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, claims she had an affair with Trump in 2006, which the president has vehemently denied on numerous occasions.

She also claims Trump’s personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, paid her $130,000in 2016 as part of a nondisclosure agreement.

Perhaps Avenatti cancelled his Fox interview because he was afraid to answer tough questions — which he never gets asked on CNN.

What do you think about MacCallum calling out Avenatti? Comment below.

Central American Caravan has Arrived at the Border

About 50 people from the Central American migrant caravan arrived in Tijuana to request asylum. Most are from Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador, three of the most violent, dangerous countries in Central America. The caravan began at the border of Guatemala in March and has been travelling through Mexico toward the US. More than these 50 are expected to arrive soon.

Asylum requires that the person “demonstrate [they] have suffered persecution or fear that they will suffer persecution due to” five factors: race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion.”

Some who broke away from the caravan reportedly had their papers for safe passage torn up, and some were reportedly kidnapped.

Mexico did little to stop them, although some vague actions were taken. The Government of Mexico offered “temporary humanitarian visas” to the caravan so they could travel normally through the country. Under pressure from President Trump, Mexico did cause much of the caravan to disband, which began as around 1,500 people.

Various small group of migrants have been found by Mexican authorities along the way, some jammed into buses that had no more room in them.

According to Fox,

On Thursday, Mexico’s National Immigration Institute said its agents found a total of 191 mostly Central American migrants jammed into a truck and a bus in southern and central Mexico.

The institute said 103 migrants were found packed into a truck in the Gulf Coast state of Veracruz. The people had gone two days without food or water. All but two are from Guatemala, and 55 are minors.

Agents also found 88 migrants crowded into a bus that had seating for only 42 people in the north-central state of Hidalgo. Eighty are from Guatemala, among them 45 minors accompanied by relatives.

Tijuana, Mexico is on the border of California, and a small part of Arizona. Arizona, Texas, and New Mexico deployed National Guard troops at the President’s request. California, not so much. More will be coming over the next days, according to organizations that assist with immigration.

Every asylum applicant should be given a choice: Stay in detention for the entire duration of your case or wait in Mexico for a decision. No one, under any circumstances, should be released into the U.S.

The first migrants from a caravan that sparked the ire of President Trump have started arriving at the US-Mexico border and asking for asylum, advocates say

Theresa May said that Britons could benefit a great deal from teachings of Sharia Law because Islam is absolutely compatible with western democracy

INCOMING Prime Minister Theresa May has defended her position on Sharia Law on the eve of taking over as the leader of the Conservative party.

May sparked controversy when she spoke out in support of the Islamic courts operating in the country, telling the nation they could “benefit a great deal” from Sharia teachings.

The future Tory leader made the comments as she ordered a review into the system which are accused of ordering women to stay with abusive partners.

Mrs May, said she is worried the courts are “misused” and “exploited” to discriminate against Muslim women, but defended their place in society.

Sharia is Islam’s legal system derived from both the Koran, Islam’s central text, and fatwas – the rulings of Islamic scholars.

There are thought to be around 100 Sharia Law courts operating throughout the UK, dispensing Islamic justice outside the remit of our own legal system.

Judgements handed down by the informal courts have no legal basis, but there are fears their presence means many Muslim women are not getting access to the justice they deserve.

Now, before she takes over Number 10, May has been forced to restate her position on Sharia Law.

The Home Secretary, when asked by Buzzfeed’s Emily Ashton about a group which says she supports Sharia in the UK, said she is “concerned” that the ‘law’ is operating in a way that could be counter to “our single rule of law”.

She said: “I’ve been the politician who’s been willing to say no.

“I’m concerned that Sharia law is operating in a way that could discriminate against women and that could be counter to what is our single rule of law that we have in the UK.

“So there is one rule of law in the UK – that’s why I’ve set up the review that I have, chaired by Professor Mona Siddiqui, and that will be looking at the operation of Sharia law and whether it is actually operating to discriminate against women and counter to our overall rule of law.”

Terror Attack? Van Rams into 8-10 Pedestrians in Toronto, Canada, Multiple Fatalities

At around 1:30 p.m. local time, a white van rammed into 8-10 pedestrians in Toronto, Canada on Monday, then the driver fled the scene. Police Spokeswoman Meaghan Gray stated that the van jumped the curb, but they don’t “know why.” Some local media are reporting at least 5 deaths, with multiple injured.  The driver is currently in custody.

Witnesses told the Toronto Star that the action appeared deliberate.

The Star reported,

One witness told the Star that there were three victims near Mel Lastman Square.

One person on scene tweeted a photo of a white van on the sidewalk on Yonge, near Poyntz Ave., south of Sheppard Ave.

Police said both the van and the driver are in custody but don’t know the motive or cause of crash. On a video of the arrest that was posted on social media, the person arrested could be heard saying, “kill me.”

“Our hearts go out to anyone affected,” Prime Minister Justin Trudeau told reporters in Ottawa.

“Obviously we’ll have more to say in the coming hours.”

People were tweeting photos of people with blood, lying on the sidewalk. One witness suggested the vehicle was a rental moving van.

Toronto Mayor John Tory issued a statement as he was on his way to receive an update:

The driver of the van was arrested, but his name has not yet been released.

toronto, canada

Another very poor photo was posted that showed the driver pointing something at police. Since police were able to place him in custody fairly quickly after he got out of the van, whether or not it was actually a gun is unclear.
